Fantastic smartlock
The product works exactly as expected and even comes with batteries included, which was a nice bonus. The build quality feels very solid and well-made. The application interface is excellent, clean, intuitive, and packed with useful options. Customer support was outstanding. I needed assistance with an adapter because my door uses a Scandinavian (Nordic) thumb-turn cylinder, and the support team was quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. Some constructive feedback (logistics-related, not product-related): It would be great if Amazon offered more adapter options directly. Currently, if your door has a thumb-turn with a Scandinavian cylinder, you need to order the adapter separately from the Tedee website, which increases the total cost. Ideally, Amazon should allow customers to select the required adapter at the time of purchase. Please consider adding more Tedee products to Amazon UK (such as door sensors). Since the company is based in Poland, ordering directly from the Tedee website after Brexit results in high shipping costs (around €25), which could be avoided if these items were available on Amazon.
