Love my beautiful red cup! Nice weight. Comfortable to hold. Great size.

Bought this to replace a cobalt blue version of this mug because I could not find one that was cobalt blue. Turns out the color was not as important as the size of the mug (12 fl. oz.). The cobalt blue mugs that I did find said they were 12 oz mugs. Turns out, they weight 12 oz. but only held 8 fl. oz. I learned to live with the color (not hard) and I bought several others, including different colored ones (red, black and white). Nice mug.

Quality: Good to Very Good. Clean lines, nicely finished.Grip Size: I have very big hands and often carry a couple of cups at a time. The handles on these are sizable and well formed so my big fingers can easily and safely grip them.While I have yet to perform an ounce verification test, I'd say they very nealy hold 16 oz. But I'll get back to you all.Packaging: Best. You would have to launch the box out of a canon in order to damage one of thes ion transit. Never say never, but pretty well packaged.I like them enough that I bought two more, and will probably buy a few mpore in a month or so.

It's a sturdy comfortable cup to hold, and steady with its flat bottom. We place our cups on coasters since we have coffee in the family room. Our present cups had small tapered bottoms which caused accidents sometimes. This new cup is very level and steady for us. The large handle is great for a good 4 finger grip, and large enough for great balance.

Very sturdy mug … large … easy to hold .. and to clean .. I wash by hand - no dishwasher .. I like it ..

I bought this cup in February of 2024 and have used it pretty close to every day since then (now May 2025). It's been fine up until today. I'm not rough on it. It's a coffee cup, so it gets standard use. Never dropped it or anything like that. This morning I started hearing tiny little sounds when I lifted it to my mouth - little tinkling or crackling sounds. After inspecting it I can tell the sounds come from the connection between the cup and the upper part of the handle. Sounds like it's slowly breaking, a tiny bit at a time. With a magnifying glass I can see a very slight hairline crack on the handle connection. I can't use this anymore - the risk of the handle breaking when the cup's got hot coffee in it is just too great. very disappointed.I'd share a photo or video but I doubt the sounds or the tiny crack would show up clearly.
