Works!
I wanted to open a drain plug that stripped on my motorcycle. The, I wasn't sure if it's gonna work with this product but I was surprised how effective it was! Would recommend it!

Decent but could be better.
Like it worked but need more of the larger o rings. I broke once of the expander pieces using my wrench yes i had it all the way in. Worked but not something to use more than once.

Update: The vendor reached out to me and offered a replacement or full refund without question. I'm happy to see that there are still companies who stand behind their products. I still think the product will be fine for regular bolts around the house - just not for ultra-hard German suspension bolts. --- original review --- I tried to use this to extract a sheared bolt from my Mercedes. The result was a disaster - the drills are just not sharp enough to drill into the bolt so the hole was a horrible shape. The extractor completely failed to grip onto the bolt. It's probably fine if you are extracting cheap grade 5 bolts but useless for any serious automotive application.

Worked flawlessly
Reverse twist bits were very sharp and bored out the broken brass screw effortlessly. I didn’t even need to use the extractor bit.
