Why did you pick this product vs others?:Exactly what I was looking for for our Florida home. Looks great, easy to install and good price when I purchased. Several months later still in love with them and have received many compliments.

This shade is now up on our front porch..it’s well made and very rich looking. The string used to raise and lower the shade works well and was already perfectly in place to use right away. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it’s a little more see-through than I thought. So even though it’s supposedly a good sun protector (still too early for me to attest to that)— it doesn’t give you full privacy if that’s one of your goals.

These are beautiful on my porch. They look very nice and are an upgrade to my porch where we sit.

This is a fantastic window cover -- it's not a black out, but lets enough light in without the heat of the sun. People can see in at night but I don't care about that. It looks really nice in my taupe painted kitchen.

Very disappointed in these blinds. We spent a lot of money on 10 blinds for our screened in porch. After being up for a month they are covered in mold. Now we will have to take them all down and clean them. I am not happy at all after spending over $600 on these. Can’t return them as return window has passed. Left a message with the seller weeks ago and have not heard a word back from them.

What I really appreciate about these blinds is the great size selection: I needed something quite particular for this space. The blinds are very easy to install, with the hooks that come in the package. One of my packages was missing the hardware for anchoring thecords, but I probably won’t use it anyway. I chose the brown color because I had read other reviews that said mildew could be a problem. I just got them hung today, but so far I am very pleased with them. I will say that they came in a ridiculously large box, which allowed them to slide around and knock into one another. I’m relieved that they weren’t damaged.
