Working a desk job really takes it's toll on my upper back. More than once the coworker in the office next door comes by and seeing me bent over my keyboard, pulls my shoulders back into an upright position. I really wish she wouldn't do that. It's embarassing and distracting. More on that later.Enter this posture corrector. I had another one a few years ago that required a physical therapy degree to figure out how to put the damn thing on. Needless to say, I didn't use it much. THIS ONE IS MUCH BETTER!One, it DOESN'T have the plastic blocks on the front and back that feel like you're in a vise. Two, the adjustment is super simple! Just one velcro strap on either side to adjust to your size! I took a photo of myself wearing it to get used to it while doing some light construction work around the house before I wore it to the office.It was actually pretty comfortable. Just a continuous gentle reminder to keep my shoulders back.Note, however, that this might not fit you comfortably if your clothes size is larger than a men's XL or a women's XXL. Even a one-size-fits-all only goes so far!Oh, the included exercise strap and the information in the e-book is super helpful. I'll just take the strap to work and look up the e-book from my work computer so I can exercise during lunch break.Now, back to that coworker. Well, we're both married to other people, and she's 15 years older than I am and pretty flirty. Cougars are not my thing, thank you very much.

I'm a big girl so the thin straps were slightly uncomfortable but luckily I havent had to wear it long to get relief. Almost instant & lasting relief. Great materials and construction. All in all great.

The general idea is great but the design is a little off, in the back, the black trim shows up above the shirt collar and it flexes in certain possitions forming a bump. Also the velcro is the same size or a littke wider than the base enough that when used it scratchs your skin.

This brace worked great for holding back my shoulders and made me really stand up straight. However, it needs a modification - a way to keep it from sliding up to my shoulders instead of staying in place in the mid back. The instructions say you need to wear it over a tshirt, which in itself makes 1 strike against it because ladies don't wear tshirts under their clothes because they will be visible. But for the sake of wearing this brace, I did it. I tried tightening it, and loosening it, but still it slid up if I moved around. So it was riding all the way up the back of my shirt which makes it not om the best position to do the job it should do.

I purchase this product based on the reviews, however once I received it I could tell this reviews were not true. The product is poor in quality and doesn't work. It also had a strong nasty smell once I opened the package. I will be returning the product ASAP. I would Advise to stay clear and find something else!!

This does for your back what an insole does for your foot: supports and corrects it. Posture is something I'm trying to pay more attention to. How we hold ourselves and breathe makes such a big difference in our quality of life. This is a good tool to help with this when you're in situations where you tend to slouch, like when sitting at the computer. I also want to mention that I was pleased with Hoki Care's customer service. Their follow-up to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase was appreciated.

This is great the only issue I have it’s just hurts my armpits after wearing it for a couple hours but other than that it works great

it is very difficult to put on; perhaps if my arms were as long as male pictured, it might be easier. & does not give the pressure I need.
