I've been using this tire inflator to keep my car tires at their correct psi pressure. It's been working great. I set the default psi to my vehicle's specs and let it inflate until it shuts off. I've been checking my tires more often when they're cold so I'm getting accurate psi readings. I just top off each tire as needed automatically every other week or so right in my garage. I like that I no longer have to drive to my nearest gas station after my tires warmed up only to wait to use the public air compressor if it's not out of order. This portable air compressor is a great investment to go along with my brand new set of tires. I'll be more consistent at keeping them properly inflated, adding to their longevity, safety and performance. I like that this tire inflator is small, lightweight and convenient to keep in my trunk. It has a nice large bright blue display, big on/off center button and navigation/adjustment buttons which are intuitive for inputting custom settings. I like the peace of mind my tires are always properly inflated while having it in my trunk in case of emergency. I make sure to keep it recharged which I read is important in order to maintain a fully charged battery. I'll note the compressor is a bit loud inside a closed garage space. The attachment hose clamps tight and secure and when releasing, I found I needed to give a quick strong pull to avoid letting air out. The hose unscrews easily so I found I needed to twist the pump in a clockwise direction to keep it tight. The compressor also has other programmable settings for bicycle tires and other inflatables. Seems well made and reliable. Highly recommended.

Good product

Item worked great for about six months with very limited usage for my bicycles. Then the display started to malfunction. While the pump was running the display would register above the set pressure and then drop below and then oscillatte between high and low. When I stopped to check the actual pressure it was 12 psi over the set pressure. I fully charged and it worked correctly for one use and then the fault returned. Their listing states a one year warranty however I never received any response after multiple warranty support requests through both Amazon and their customer service email. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.

What more can you say other than it is perfect for most of your inflating needs. From sports balls, to bike tires, to Auto tires and keeping your phone charged as a backup power source. This Tire inflator really is worth every penny. Keep in mind that it will not inflate multiple flat tires, but as the temps drop, it will easily inflate your tires back to where they need to be in a short time. Added bonus of being able to plug your phone or tablet in for keeping your electronics fully charged and topped off. It will struggle with laptops, but will give it some additional life when absolutely necessary.When inflating tires, allow a few minutes in between tires to cool off so it does not overheat and tear up.

I purchased the Frarome tire inflator in August 2024. We have three bicycles that always seem to have underinflated tires. We did not believe we needed an inflator for our cars, just the bikes. We have had a small inflator for years but it has to be plugged into our car to inflate tires.In September, we took a trip and were gone for three weeks. I had to get to work and went to my car looked at my car tires and they seemed a little low. All 4 tires were low more and less by 15 pounds. I got out the Frarome tire inflator and it took care of all the tires in little time. I am glad that I no longer had to get to a car plug to fill the tires.I did find that it can lose some of its charge over time; so I suggest it just charge it if it has been unused for 2-3 weeks.

If you buy this, be SURE that you get your magnifying glass and good light, and sit down for some uninterrupted time with the instructions and the unit BEFORE you actually try to use it. Do NOT try to use it for the first time at night, or in the rain, or when you don't have plenty of time to fiddle around with the unit and to re-read the instructions. Also, memorize which of the buttons do what. You will not be able to read the raised symbols on them in anything but good light. If you can read them, recognize that except for the + and - buttons, the other three (including what seems to be the on/off switch, but it does other things too) don't seem to do what they look like they should do. (see the photo) Also, the two side buttons also appear to be multi-functional.Positive notes: it comes in a convenient bag, with separate tips for four different kinds of inflatables, and with the hose and a little USB-A to USB-C charger cord.It charges quickly (I just used my iPhone charger and it worked fine). However, it appears that you need to unplug the charging cord to see the display.The inflator tube is just barely long enough. Another inch would have helped.It appears to be able to change between various more or less standard uses (blowing up tires, balls, other stuff) and psi (for Americans) and various other schemes. There are presets for cars, balls, other stuff, with defaults in place.My objective was to put about 10 psi into a tire that has been going flat slowly so I can drive it to a tire repair place. After about half an hour squinting through a magnifying glass at the directions and trying things I was able to get it done. Once set up and engaged it worked fine, and added the 10 pounds in five minutes or less. Then I re-charged it, which was quick -- maybe 10 minutes? -- and straightforward (if you can charge your phone, you can charge this unit).So it did its job. It will probably be easier for me to use next time. But if you buy this unit, prepare at home, study the directions and try them out, and be ready for some frustration -- but if you prepare thoroughly, it appears that this unit will likely do the job.
