The media could not be loaded. This Namouk massage gun looks very much like my existing massage gun which is my base level for comparison. My existing massager is generally twice the price of this particular unit. This unit is a tad smaller than the one I use.The handheld massage gun comes with six attachments which can be used to help relieve muscle stiffness and improve circulation when used safely.Comparing the accessories with this unit to the one I use, these definitely feel a little less substantial and appear to be smaller versions of the ones I’m used to. Having tried these I thought that for light work they’re okay. They’re mostly made of a shiny plastic which could be washed quite easily if needed, apart from the hard ball option.The unit is easily charged through a USB C connection port, a cable terminating in an old style USB plug is included, but there’s no charger which isn’t unusual.The main massage unit offers a display with buttons for increasing or decreasing the pressure. The clear, easily read display also gives an indication of battery level. There are 99 increments of pressure, and you can skip through the levels quite quickly. This is just as well, as for me as I needed to get to the high numbers pretty quickly as the lower numbers were just too weak for me.I should say that I do weight lifting at the gym, so I have quite well developed muscles and am used to higher pressure. However, I do have an injury point which requires special attention.As is common with massage devices of this type, there’s an auto shut off after a number of minutes of use.For new users this gun is probably just right, but the lower levels aren’t really doing much so you’re more likely to be running this at the high levels pretty quickly. The grip is fine, the attachments a little weak. The finish of the unit is matt black and feels okay in the hand.In short, handy to have around for some light relief, but clearly a budget model.

I do like this Massage Gun, Back Massager, Namouk Massage Gun Deep Tissue. It is the first massage gun I have used, and now use it every day. I have a very stiff shoulder and using this in the morning makes it a little more flexible and mobile for the rest of the day.There are several massage heads, and I'm not sure exactly which one should be used in different situations - I have found the one with five fingers and the round ball to be the most effective - although I would have preferred some guidance in the instruction manual which only tells you what the different buttons do.The massager can also vibrate fast or very fast - choosing from 01 to 99 and again I would like some guidance as to what is most effective - the manual has no guidance.Despite using it daily, and for probably more than two hours in total, I still havent had to recharge it - if I can use something for two weeks or more before charging, that is great battery life.Apart from better instructions, the only thing I would change about the kit would be to include a storage bag to keep all the interchangeable heads, but I'm still happy to give this a five star rating. The normal price of around £37 is good value for money for a high quality product. At the time of review it is only around £26 which is fantastic value. Recommended.
