Milliard Professional Gymnastics Kip Bar, Height Adjustable

Initially, there was a defect in the lower cross bar where there was excess metal clumps welded to inside one of the tubes that a vertical bar needs to fit into. I had to use a metal file to shave it down then use a mallet to pound the vertical bar into the lower cross bar (the bar that rests on the floor).I had contacted both the supplier and the manufacturer who worked together and offered to send me a new cross bar but I had problem solved the issue on my own quickly . So I would say their customer service is excellent.If you have issues, instead of returning it, contact the seller through amazon messaging. Also, it’s easy enough to find the manufacturer’s contact info online or in the manual.Overall, easy and quick to set up (maybe twenty minutes) and it is quite sturdy and nicely constructed.You will have doubts, but saving some money to buy this brand is well worth it.Fyi: my junior olympics Level 3 daughter is able to do her routine and conditioning on this kip bar along with working on her kip. She is 70 lbs and this bar can hold almost double that weight.

My kids are really loving gymnastics and we bought this bar to give them time to play/work at home. By the second day of having this bar at home their confidence and skills were markedly improved. The bar was easy for my husband and 9 year old to assemble together with included tools.It is very solid and stable with the right give in the bar but no tilting or movement of the stand.The quaiity seems excellent And we are very pleased with the value. Our children are still smaller (60 pounds) but their larger friends can still use this bar as the weight limit goes up to 140 compared to some of the other “junior” kip bars we researched. We like that the weight limit and adjustable system will grow with them.The children love the aqua blue color and how smooth the bar is on their hands.We bought some safety mats from another retailer and our children are not allowed on the bar without adult supervision. (Which they think is a bad rule but we hope will help prevent injuries!)

This was my daughter's big Christmas gift. I researched and researched and researched. While there are cheaper (and more expensive) bars out there, this isn't something you can skimp on if the bar is going to be used for real gymnastics like pullovers, kips and back hip circles. Let me start by saying assembly was a breeze. We literally put it together twice because I wanted to check it well before Christmas in case a part was missing or defective. The bar is a great, professional quality. My daughter is on the bigger/heavier side at 100lbs, and the bar doesn't rock or anything when she does any number of skills on it. You absolutely need to invest in a mat, falling on the suspension bar underneath would not feel good. Love that it did come with padded covers for the adjustment knobs, you could hit those accidentally as well. Adjusting the height is also very simple, my 8 year-old can do it. Also came with two sheets of stickers that my daughter has much enjoyed decorating it with.

I ordered this for my 6 year old daughter to practice gymnastics at home. The package arrived and it was boxed well to protect the bars. The instructions that came with it were clear and made putting the bar together a breeze. (It even included all of the necessary tools to put together so I didn't have to get anything of my own.) The metal frame is heavy/sturdy metal. I am pleasantly surprised with the high quality of this product. We have had it for a week and I haven't seen a concern with it. My oldest daughter is ten and she can easily adjust the height of the bar to fit her needs. I am looking forward to many years of fun with this. I spent hours researching different bars and comparing them based on safety and price. I am so happy that I chose this one. I will update if I should have any issues in the future although I do not anticipate that I will need to.

The bar arrived in perfect condition and is extremely sturdy. The only thing to note, and I suspect this is the case with all home bars, is that it does not bend or "give" at all when using it. It has a different level of comfort (and lack thereof) when using it than the bars in the gym. Five stars other than that. It has still been used successfully for a 6 year old to learn a pullover.

I purchased this bar for my 4 year old twins. It was simple and easy to put together, my husband and I put it together in less than an hour, if it wasn't so heavy I would have done it by myself. It was packaged securely with foam around the bars, there were a couple of nicks on the paint, but pretty sure I'm the only one who would notice those things, we just covered it with the cute stickers that were included. The girls can both practice their front supports and glide swings at the same time without any movement from the bar. Adjusting the bar wasn't as easy as I would like, one side seemed to be a little tighter than the other, but my husband was able to do it with no problem. So far the girls have enjoyed it, and I've enjoyed having something for them to let loose some energy before bed or on rainy days.

Argh. I have a little girl in TEARS! How hard is it to put the screws and bolts in the box???? Thanks for taking the joy from a little girl who came home from school over the moon that this finally arrived. It is 5:15pm CST and there is no one answering the phone to expedite delivery of all the missing hardware and instructions. The bar itself “appears” that it will be sturdy but I’m very disappointed, as is her dad and her and even her brother who feels bad that she’s so bummed. Thanks.

Super easy to assemble. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas so i was assembling it the night before, and it didn't take me long at all. Further, a few days prior to Christmas I was looking in the box and thought that they had left the instructions out. It turns out they were in there but I just didn't see them, but I emailed the company and received a response back right away.Quality is great too. Super sturdy. And very easy to move up and down for our children of different ages. Great find!
