I haven't taken this very long so I can't attest to its efficacy but it mixes well with water and doesn't clump or have a strong odor unlike the previous colostrum I used. It was more affordable too so for those reasons I am giving it a high rating.

it's weird because it's small and it says to use 1/2 scoop so how about just making the scoop the size of the dose?seriously!? Maybe because they know I'll use more and so have to buy more? irritating!anyway, good product. I had used another before this that was a bit more expensive. It had individual packets (conviniant) and chocolate flavored w/gross stevia yuk !into second month of taking colostrum I've noticed that my hair is not falling out nearly as much and interestingly enough it seems softer maybe stronger (we'll see if it eventually starts getting thicker). Gut health is somewhat better.So far so good .I'll try to come back at a later date and update.
