These help with sore knees, bruises, migraines, fire ant bites and mosquito bites. Great size is portable in a lunch container or in the tiny freezer compartment in the little fridge at work. I bought 2 so I can switch them out as needed. They stay cold a long time.

These are great hot or cold packs. They have a nice soft outer material that is very soothing. I feel these are well made and will last a long time.

I have lots of various sizes in these ice packs and these are absolutely the best! We use them for all kinds of things, from post surgery to prevent swelling to sprains. We place these in our coolers before placing soda as, juices, water or ice and it keeps the ice from melting when at the beach. This is the brand that I recommend.

The size is misleading. Although the outer covering is 5"x10", the actual gel pack inside it is only 5"x6". Maybe just 5"x5".
