I have ordered more than one bottle and I have nothing negative to say. If you have trouble falling asleep this will help and there is no waking up drowsy feeling the next day!

I’ve had issues with going to bed with ease for a few years and melatonin stopped working for me so decided tn try these. It says to only take one but I’ve gotten use to one so I’ve taken up to three now and it knocks me out and makes my body feel numb. I DO NOT advise taking more than recommend just am tired of not getting enough sleep on the daily and just sharing my experience taking these sleeping pills. I’ve also decided to stop taking them because m body has gotten use to them and that’s probably not the best thing for me.

I have been using this product for many years with my doctors permission. It works wonderfully to help you to relax & get to sleep - but wake up non drowsy & is non addictive! I have been using for at least 10 years with no side affects except sleeping!

I have suffered from an inability to fall asleep and usually awaken after 2 or 3 hours. After decades of this pattern, it takes a toll on a person. I resisted getting prescribed sleep medication. I tried the more expensive brands, all-natural aids, teas, and any home remedies that anyone suggested with little to no success, so I thought I'd try these. So far, they work better than most and less expensive than others. I can fall asleep approximately an hour after taking them and stay asleep longer before waking. I have not experienced any drowsiness or side effects.

This sleep aid really works. Before using it, I would wake up several times during the night and have a difficult time falling back to sleep. Since I’ve been using it for several weeks, I fall asleep and very seldom wake up during the night. If I do wake up, I’m able to fall asleep quickly. I would highly recommend this.

These diphenhydramine softgels work really well for me. I take one about 20 minutes before bed, and I’m usually out within a few minutes of lying down. Some sleep aids give me strange or vivid dreams, but with this, I sleep soundly and haven’t noticed anything like that.I also love that it comes in a big bottle—it’s a great value for the price. And since it’s covered by my HSA, it’s even more convenient. If you’re looking for something that helps you fall asleep quickly without side effects, this is a great option.

This doesn't do anything at all. I have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep at night. For some reason I can sleep all day long and not sleep at night no matter what I do. It's like my body is permanently in the wrong time zone.Anyway I knew these were likely not going to do anything to me and surprise surprise they didn't. However after mixing w a 20mg melatonin I have been able to get some sleep. Probably isn't the fault of the brand as I'm one of those people that can take a lot of everything and feel nothing (my doctor said it's a specific enzyme or something in my body. I metabolize everything very fast and never feel the affects of anything). With just wanting to finally get some sleep at night when I have to be up for work every morning, I was hoping these would give me some relief but they didn't.They came nicely packaged and sealed. They are easy to swallow and there is no taste since they are s gel capsule.

I’d normally go to my local store to get sleep aid but it’s a toss up if they’ll be stocked.Took a chance on these and I will continue to order these. They work great.
