If your on the fence about it get it
Thing is perfect let’s face it it will never be faster then an electric but the sound is phenomenal The only thing I’d say. Is have patience with it and you might. Want a new chain tensioner from that it’s good you will be needing a ratchet or wrenches on the side becouse the ones they send are awful and run it a little slow at the start it is a fairly easy set up took me about 4 days to put on videos do help but some leave you in the dark the build is good and it gose on it’s durable and is a good value compared to an e bike it’s not a plug and play but loud and fun it fits good on a v frame and like I said is durable mixing gas and slapping ass you feel me

Some useful tips for beginners
I will start this review off by stating I've owned this kit for about 2 months now, and the motor still runs pretty solid. I've ran into several issues with this kit which I believe are due to cheap hardware and consistent vibrations. One of the recurring issues that I noticed was in wet weather the bike would run and then not want to start, after researching how this motor functions I realized the magneto was getting waterlogged. I have had the exhaust fall off and damage the thread to the head, and also have had the chain tensioner come loose and pull into the rear spokes. Using as much loctite as possible and consistently checking to make sure all hardware is tight helps reduce the chance of any major faults. The good about this kit I feel is after the learning curve the bike reliably starts in almost any conditions, it will get waterlogged sometimes because I need to reseal the magneto cover, and when it starts running it runs smooth once the break in is over. My top speed so far is 36 mph on a 26" mountain bike. Having proper tools for this makes the install alot easier but I would suggest replacing most of the nuts and bolts with stronger ones from a local hardware store to reduce the nightmare of snapping half of the bolts trying to tighten them good enough

Fun cheap and fairly reliable
I've had this motor kit on the same bike for around a year now. The initial installation was fairly simple, a small socket set is a huge help. The motor has great power, can drag me about 25 mph at over 200 pounds. I was riding it daily for months and have put around 400 miles on it. Maintenance had been pretty simple tinkering here and there, only one new plug after I made it all the way through the break in mixture and a "racing" plug box. It's a lot of fun to ride and mostly reliable, I usually kept the small tool kit with me though as the chain tensioner need adjustment periodically especially while the chain is still stretching. Replacement parts and upgrades are super cheap too

Got it running, but there's a lot of issues (EDIT: 5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Getting everything on my bike wasn't too hard, but you'll need a lot of mechanical knowledge. I ended up having to replace some parts either because they were faulty or didn't work properly. The carburator jet is too rich which caused 4 stroking and fouled spark plugs. I bought a new carb and jets, which seems to have improved performance. The expansion chamber I bought also helps. The major issues I have are with the gas tank and engine mount. At some point while I was riding, the front engine mount and studs fell out, and I didn't notice until I got back home. I had to make my own front mount with parts I bought at the hardware store. The gas tank leaks all over the engine and onto the ground when I fill it above the seam. I have yet to find a solution but the last thing I want is my whole bike to burst into flames.EDIT:After writing this review, the seller reached out to me so solve the issues. I sent the pictures of the broken parts and requested replacement parts. They told me to order a new kit so that I would get my parts faster and then they would refund me. I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn't know if it was legit, but it looks like I've been refunded in my Amazon account. Just waiting for it to deposit into my bank account. Overall, really good customer service, reach out if you're having problems.

It's usable, but not for first install
So I bought it because I needed it to help me get back and forth to work. When I got it and opened the package one of the bolts were bent. The instruction manual said that it could be built in 2-4 hours, and a week later I'm still working on it. The first issue I had was I didn't know how tight you needed to tighten the bolt on the carburetor so it wouldn't start. Took me a day to figure that one out. Turns out it needs to be really tight. The next issue I had was a fuel leak coming from the gas tank. They didn't tell you that you need to tighten that all the way in. Thirdly they should include a extra master chain link. My first one popped off so I had to buy a new set of master links. They also don't tell you that the chain needs to be absolutely straight. Now I'm having issues with my chain slipping off and the only thing I can come up with is I need to buy shims to readjust the engine to try and keep the chain on track. Sure they gave me a full refund, but that's besides the point. Better instructions would be the first big help the second big help would be including everything that would or could be needed for better install such as motor shims a chain alignment tool and better tools to use. They're absolutely horrible. You can't really get anything tight.
