I actually used something similar to this product when I was in pt. So I figured I would buy some for my own personal use at home. They work well and have a good stretch. Love the colors. They are a good workout. They are durable. Easy to store as it comes with little black bag to put them in. Easy to use and good length.

I’m new to Pilates, but I prefer having my own equipment, so I bought this set of resistance bands. They are good quality and seem to have the perfect amount of tension for my needs. Plus, I love the bright colors—they make my workout more enjoyable! They were a good value for the price.

Great length and width and the bands appear to be strong - tried the light and medium and definitely got a good arm workout! Light medium and heavy strength are clearly marked on different color bands.

Good quality

Used in Pilates class and worked great. I used 2 of the 3 lengths during the class. Found them to be very durable with great resistance. Just what I was looking for in bands.

Just what I needed

The lightest of these broke apart after just a few uses, the others require more strength than I have. Poor quality, but pretty colors.😏
