Sturdy product, Good customer service
The make of the autoclave is sturdy. It creates an excellent seal for air and reaches the desired autoclaving pressure in mere 10 minutes. The wire of the autoclave burnt out within the first 2 months. However, i could easily reach the sales team of Mediguard and a replacement was shipped to me. It’s been working fine thereafter. A shout out to Mr Sumit, the sales executive, who understood my concerns well and initiated the wire replacement process.
