These are a generous, affordable portion of very plump, healthy looking grains. They are already converting sugar water to kefir. This comes well packaged and with very detailed, helpful instructions.My only slight concern with the instructions is that I have some older grains that stopped reproducing and started breaking down into tiny pieces. I gleaned from some research that the 1TBSP molasses recommended here might be over-mineralizing the grains? I reduced it to 1/2 tsp and, while they still don't reproduce much, they are healthy and make good kefir. Wld love to know more.

Grains arrived promptly, very healthy, and with excellent instructions

I am new to making a Water Kefir as I had never made it only kombucha in the past. I bought these greens and they have been working awesome. Much easier to make a Water Kefir than it is to make kombucha. A lot less time especially if you’re not in a warm climate year-round. I received these grains promptly and they work!

I've never had such healthy and abundant little kefir grains. These guys have multiplied so fast, I was already able to give them to two different friends. It might help that I live on well water with heavy iron though, these guys seem to love it!I love the instructional cards they give you too.

I really like Florida Sun kifer grains. These have already multiplied to 4 times the amount I received. They look very healthy. I reckamend this company for any who are new. Very easy instructions & tastes great.
