HairWare Professional Jumbo Roller Clamps - 12 ct

These are perfect for lifting the roots of my 2B/2C hair after I get it 90% of the way dry with my diffuser. They don’t clamp hard and provide a lot of room for the hair, so they don’t leave a crimp in my hair after I take them out. They probably work best in thicker hair or curlier hair than mine because they can be a little loose, but they are still the best clips I’ve ever used for this purpose.

These work fabulous for adding root lift to your hair and for us curly girls... this is the only clipping system I have tried that does not, repeat, does not pull out some of my hair in the removal process. Trust me, I have tried to very carefully insert other big brand name clips in my hair and carefully remove and still lost some hair, ouch! These are very gentle and easy to re-position. My hair is baby fine but they will hold as long as you have enough hair in the clips. They are super lightweight and don't cause any discomfort while waiting for my hair to air dry. But they are perforated enough that you can speed the drying process with a hair dryer if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend them!

Like some others have mentioned, I bought these to lift the roots of my curly hair & help with the drying process. They work quite well for that! I would have given 5 stars but because of their shape they tend to roll over to the side when you clip them in your hair... it's truly not that big of deal once you get used to it but it would be better if they didn't. When my hair is about 80 - 90% dry I clip them all over my head to lift the roots, paying special attention to a cowlick I have near the crown.... I clip one right on top of it making sure to grab the hair on all sides. I leave them there for about 15 - 20 minutes then take them all out. Then I clip a few back in to take care of any remaining flat spots or separations in my hair from the first round, and leave them for about 10 mins. They give my hair extra volume, cut down on the time I use the diffuser, &, YAY!! No more cowlick! :)

These are great for keeping hair in sections for different styles but they do not hold hot rollers in place as claimed. I kept them because I didn't have time to go to the post office for mailing them back and didn't want to bother.

I am on my 3rd set of these, because I am afraid they will be discontinued! Great for holding wet curly/wavy hair in place, especially if you are too lazy to diffuse your curls and just want to let your hair dry as you are doing other things. You can also use them to create vintage styles, like marcel waves, if you have the skills and the right length of hair. These never pull or catch in your hair. It's so nice that wonderful items are finally being created to help with looser curl patterns. Cats think these are great toys, btw. :-) I wish they would make these clips in more colors than black and white.

Worked well for my hot rollers

Springs in the clips are not strong enough, so they don't hold rollers in place. A always end up having to use two spring clips or a spring clip and a j clip. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I think they work just as well as the name brand. They hold on to the hair very well and are light and comfortable in the hair.
