Awesome, I work quickly in my office and hear my doorbell ring. it took seconds to install and work very well. Just as advertised. There were several sounds to choose from, and installation was quite east

The product was easy to install in the existing doorbell battery box. The receivers were plug-and-play, as described. The sound quality is excellent, and the range is equally impressive. The receivers are small and unobtrusive. The price for the two receivers was reasonable, and we believe our purchase was of value.

My house has three levels it is hard to hear the factory chime when on different floors. I didn't want to add Ring Chimes for a couple of reasons and was pleased to find this product. It was installed in less than five minutes (to those having problems, two pointers: (1) make sure your router is temporarily set to 2.4 Ghz for Bluetooth pairing; and (2) pair your devices within a few feet of the transmitter. Once the remote devices are paired, they will repair automatically when relocated to a more distant outlet. I had an extended power outage and no issues with automatic reconnection.The volume can be adjusted for each remote and the user can choose between a variety of tunes.

I spent hours trying to get this product to work. I found out about an hour in, that the pairing instructions were incorrect...instead of pushing the volume button for 5 seconds to enter "pairing mode" you actually needed to push both the volume button AND the up/down volume buttons together for 5 seconds. That ended up not mattering, as even when I tried this, the product still wouldn't pair. There is a bar code on the inside lid of the product box, but when scanned, it asked for information that it would not allow me to enter, so I was not even able to register the product. IT kept responding that I was entering n incorrect email format. Really? Like I forgot how to enter my email address?? I can't even find a product name to even find a video or two on Youtube. I am so done with this product.

A couple of hints to enhance the instructions.POWERING THE TRANSMITTERWhen you connect the Transmitter to the bell box, one side goes to the positive terminal the other to the terminal that leads to the doorbell you are wiring for - the transmitter flashes to acknowledge the connection and turns off quickly. Tighten your connections accordingly.PAIRING THE TRANSMITTER TO RECEIVER**SET THE RECEIVER UP WHERE YOU CAN SEE STILL SEE THE TRANSMITTER**When pairing what they call the receiver (chime box) - have someone at the door you are setting up for and have them be ready to push the doorbell button. After pressing the volume button for 5 seconds and see the transmitter flash have them push the doorbell. Working?MOVE THE RECEIVERMove the transceiver to the location you want. I had no trouble unplugging and moving as it kept its settings. I did move it quickly to insure it kept its settings.Good luck

Works great, no issues on the install and coverage area.

Easy to install. Works fine. Only took a few minutes to install. BUT! The plug on the back is in the middle of the square so that no matter how you orient it on a typical dual outlet the other outlet is covered and is thus rendered useless. It covers three outlets on a typical outlet strip. All they had to do was to locate the plug to an edge. Do I have to come out of retirement and design everything in the world?
