This product is pretty awesome. I was looking for a storage bench to keep my puppy from chewing on shoes and found this one for a decent price and thought I’d give it a try. When I first started assembling it everything was labeled And easy to read (The boards, the screws etc. ). The instructions were super clear (I had bought a cheaper design and I swear you had to have an engineering degree to understand what they were trying to attempt you to do put it together) and this was so easy to put together I was able to do it in less than an hour I would say. I was a little worried at first that it wasn’t gonna be very sturdy (thinking I need to add some wood glue or something) but as soon as I put in the screws in it just made everything so much sturdier and better. Looks super great and it’s amazing and is doing exactly what I needed for a safe space from my puppy for my shoes lol. I did end up using a drill on the last portion for all the screws didn’t need to but it just went quicker. All the holes lined up that were pre-drilled, the Allen wrenches were the correct size for each package item, and the screwdriver was in mint condition although I didn’t use it since I opted for the drill. All in all I am super satisfied with this product and wish I wouldn’t of wasted my money on the cheap thing I bought and just went with this first

Based on the reviews I read, I was a bit concerned about the quality of this storage bench, but I figured I could fix any minor issues so I purchased it anyway. I ended up liking it so much, I purchased two more, stacking two of them on top of each other for more storage space. This is a nice quality furniture piece, the instructions are easy to follow, and I love the barn door! It took me 45 minutes to put together the first bench, and got a little faster with the other two. I do recommend laying out all the pieces before beginning assembly to familiarize yourself with the pieces. And pay attention to each step in the instructions! Someone posted a video that the pieces didn't fit together, but it's clear that they assembled them incorrectly (they put the bottom piece on backwards). All the pieces fit together nicely and I didn't run into any problems with any of the three benches. They all look beautiful with everything nicely aligned and working correctly. If possible, I recommend using your own tools, as the included screwdriver and allen wrench - although thoughtful additions - are pretty low quality. Other than that, assembling these benches was a pleasant experience, and I'm thrilled with the final result! I was also a bit concerned that the cubbies were going to be too small, but this wasn't the case. My hubby wears size 13 sneakers, and although they stick out a little bit at the heel, they fit just fine. My shoes fit perfectly. And I like how the shelves can be adjusted to the level you want them for taller shoes. You can even leave some of the selves out for boots. Some other nice details that I haven't seen others mention is that you get small round stickers matching the finish of the bench that you can use to cover the camlocks, or use them to cover any scratches that might happen in the future. There are also extras of each piece of hardware in case you loose any of them. And several extra little screws are included in case you want to add more to the backboard. I do recommend doing this as otherwise the backboard tends to curve out a bit with humidity in the air. I love this piece of furniture and I saved the brand in my favorites list. I like the look of many of their items, and now that I know the quality, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more from them. In fact, I already got a smaller shelf unit that matches the width of the benches to add even more storage space. Happy with the result!

I was looking for a sturdy bench with storage capacity with my dogs in mind. Upon receiving my bench (surprisingly fast), I was immediately impressed with the packaging and the quality of the bench components (and I am not one to be easily impressed by much of anything). The assembly is quite easy (yet tedious) and the instructions are very easy to follow. I was literally marveling at how well constructed each part was and how easily everything fit together. Normally any "assembly-required" cheap furniture leaves a lot to be desired, but this completely changed my perspective of these types of furniture. VASAGLE should be applauded. FINALLY something that actually looks and performs like quality! I love the industrial look, the PU leather is beautiful and does not have that fake vinyl look or feel, and the storage is impressively roomy. I honestly cannot say enough good about this bench. I am hoping it will perform and last for more than a couple of years. GREAT product for the money! If you are mulling over purchasing this bench, I highly recommend that you go ahead and buy it. I love mine!!

Just what I needed to complete my dining room revamp. Looked around for hall trees forever but glad I decided to go with this instead. Less expensive, perfect size, rustic style. Alot of storage room for my husband's work boots. Sturdy for my brawny lad to sit. Only issue was there was a giant sticker on the front that took forever to get off. Came off with adhesive remover finally.

I am super happy with this buy. I previously ordered a different one off Amazon and it was cheap...both price and quality. I sent it back soon as I unboxed it. I had been searching at local stores as well and found same issues. Either they were cheap quality...or over $200. This bench is solid. Even dragging the box in was a chore. Night and day compared to the first one. Assembly does take some time. The screws are an allen head type. I couldn't find a bit in my drill set that worked unfortunately. But it was well worth the time. Very well designed. You could be 600 lbs and this bench could handle it. Lots of storage space under the seat. The seat itself is both visually appealing and well made. The faux wood doesn't match anything I have in the house, but it still is way better than most I've seen listed. My one and only complaint is the space between the storage and the lower shelf is small. You can't get any type of boot or high top in there. Which would be really nice in the winter. All in all, its an eye catcher and just...solid. No hidden issues on this one.

So far loving it. Quality is good for the price!! Super easy to assemble. Instructions are simple (to me) Color is beautiful! With all the negative comments wich are not true, i felt i needed to say it is a good product! Obviously its not high quality products but for the price and all i got to say i love it!!!! 👍🏽

The product looks great, good material very sturdy. The assembly took 2 hours, I have to say I have never enjoyed putting anything together, but this was actually enjoyable. Everything fit incredibly well together. Every part is clearly marked and you just have to follow the instructions (mainly pictures) very closely. All the tools are included (a couple of Alan keys and a screwdriver). I was missing the last screw (always happens), but fortunately a spare screw was included in the spare part bag. Highly recommend it!!!

Space is limited in my small apartment so was excited when I came upon this perfect size bench. It met all my expectations & then some. I am completely satisfied with it's design & sturdiness & was a cinch to assemble. I highly recommend this product.

I would give this more then 5 stars if I could. Great quality, beautiful wood grain, thick, plush leather look top. Seats two adults comfortably. Deep box to hold lots of items. Not difficult to put together. We bought this for our front entrance and love it so much we bought another for our entrance off back room that will double as a toy box for our grandson. Another bonus is you can use it as extra seating at a table as it is same height as my dining room chairs.
