I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the footwear I purchased. I have concerns about whether the product is from an original brand, as the quality does not meet expectations. After only the third use, the strap near the Velcro began to peel off and by the time I reached home, it was completely damaged. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and reliable from such a reputed brand. Kindly request you look into this matter and advise on the next steps for a replacement or refund.

Had to return because it dint seem original or at par with the brand's quality. Fit was also uncomfortable.

Sturdy yet pretty, very comfy and true to size. Hush puppies lives up to its name.

Very hard sole and very uncomfortable sandals Doesn’t justify Hush puppies. I am a big fan of Hush puppies and this is the first time I have landed with such a bad purchase. Horribly disappointed ☹️

I doubt this is really made by Hush Puppies. I'm saying this because my mom has the same exact pair which she bought from an actual shop, which are extremely comfortable. This feels like two blocks of wood with zero grip. Ive barely worn it and it's already given me a backache.
