Easy to install and fit well. Keeps water in sink. Was just what I needed to replace a broken drain plug. I would recommend this product.

This item solved a problem when the internal controls broke and would not function properly in the sink.

Does a great job exactly as advertised, and makes an ugly drain look brand new! My only concern.... after running water in the sink, there will always be a small puddle of water "laying on top" of the sink stopper (silver disc), which does NOT fully go down the drain. This is fine if you have soft water, but if your water is hard like mine, I fear calcium/ lime deposits will eventually form over time.To prevent this, I just dry the silver part with a piece of toilet paper after running water. Not a big deal but something to consider.Hope this review was helpful.

Nothing complicated here. Open the package and pick the rubber ring the same size as the opening in your sink and pop it on the drain stopper. Push down on the top to keep water in the sink or tub and push down again to let it out. It looks great and makes the sink look better then it did. It's a whole lot better then having to call a plumber to remove everything to get to the broken piece that pulled the old stopper up and pushed it down out. There is no fuss or mess, just simply replace it and go on about your day.

This thing is a game changer! Furthermore the bathroom sink perfectly, easy to remove a clean out. Worth every penny.🥰

Let's face it, this Mer-Maid Drain Magic device is just another attempt to create a new mouse trap. When I saw the advertisement on this product on a variety of TV channels, it piqued my interest. So I elected to order 3 of them off of Amazon US.It took 3 - 3.5 weeks to arrive, much longer than I could have anticipated. When it arrived, everything was well constructed and you get 3 different blue colored rubber adapters with each drain magic to fit different drain openings on your sink.The first thing I noticed is that no matter which of the adapters you use, this thing doesn't sit tight against the drain (for the most part), and you wind up with a little puddle at the bottom. This is the result of the Drain Magic device sitting up a little, so that last amount of water doesn't get out. It may take awhile, but it will eventually drain through the bottom (because the adapter seals aren't tight enough).Everything else about this Drain Magic device is first rate - it has quality construction - that's for sure.Now do I think it's worth $19.95 each? Well, that's one question that will have you thinking, especially when you see a variety of other versions being offered on Amazon under different brand names, yet are really the same device. Some are priced as low as $11.99 - so go figure. Keep in mind that on the Asian (Chinese) market, one OEM manufacturer may produce a product, but then market it under a variety of different brand names - giving you the impression that there are lots of different manufacturers (which there really aren't). So be beware of this (for most products made in China). The frustrating thing are the different prices that you'll see.So we have this Drain Magic installed (well, it's not really installed, rather, it is sitting on the drain) on the drains of 3 different sinks and keep it mind that they are not sitting tightly against those drain openings. You can just easily lift them out without any effort whatsoever. If that's good for you, then great. We don't mind it.We're only giving it 3 stars due to the following:1. It took too long for them to arrive (almost a month).2. The pricing, especially when there are similar products that cost less (on Amazon).3. The rubber adapter rings really don't hold the Drain Magic tightly against the drain, thus the units can easily be lifted up.

It's an "as seen on TV" product and I was a little leery about buying it. Just the same, the price was reasonable so I thought I'd try it. Much to my surprise it works great.

It has blue rubber gaskets and a pinkish mermaid imprinted in the chrome. Otherwise, it works -But the other brands do the same job with grayish gaskets and no mermaid !
