Whilst I don't actually need them to be honest what they do is actually make your size bigger and gives you the ability to literally go on all night if you wanted too. Amazing product. Husband has medical issues and takes blood thinners, but this works amazingly, it’s safe for him to use and helps with strength and duration A LOT! Although hubby says it gives him a bad headache following day.

It works, but have to take in empty stomach I think, just like the real viagra. I'm a thin/small man and the dosage is 1 pill universally. It works mildly on me, so maybe if you're bigger you'll need 2 pills to work your system. Also there is a slight headache / soar vision effect.

I have to say I have been given a full refund for this purchase even though I used ten tablets. They also sent me a prepaid postage label. They also replied to my request within 3 hours. I do stand by the below review though. But given they refunded me fully I would say give these a go you might have a better response in your "reaction" ;-) I am prescribed viagra but only 4 per month. So thought I'd buy an alternative. Given that viagra is on average £5 per tablet and these when bought in 200 quantities are 40 pence each should have told me something. Buy ten for £1.30 each just remember they are the same as the 40 pence ones. At least you've only risked £13. I tried one nothing. I tried 4 the next day in one go, still nothing. I'm 60 yrs 176cm tall and 100kg so overweight. The real viagra gives me a strong showing without and stimulating about an hour after taking. These, nothing, no headache nor weird vision and certainly no reaction where you hope. Waste of money.

It's what it says on packet it probably IS the best one .I used to get nervous during foreplay thus struggling to get full erection but by taking one of these I'm getting aroused pretty quick in fact after about 30 minutes without any " help" from myself or my wife intercource is well under way. Only problem is you do stay " semi" for a while after ejacultion. Still....
