It is great, but…
I would like to give this screen protector a 4 or 5 star rating because it is great. However, there were and still are some issues with it for me. First off, although the installation is simple enough and all the provided installation parts are great, I had an issue while installing it. I followed the instructions to the “t”, but when I pulled on the tab (slowly as stated in the instructions) to remove the film covering the sticky part that is supposed to attached to the screen, the tab came out and the film covering the screen did not. So I had to remove the screen protector and the installation jig, remove the film covering the screen protectors, made sure that the screen was lint free, installed the phone into the installation jig that was still holding the screen protector and I was able to install it. Everything looks great and looks like it is lined up. However, as soon as I installed my case the bottom right edge of the screen protector lifted up. I pushed down on it and tried to get my case to sit on top of it and it seemed to work. Fast forward a few hours later and that same corner is lifting up. I push it down and readjust the case and I comes back up at some time during the day. So… what do I do? Do have to replace my case? I paid about $40 for one screen protector and there was not indication that it might not work with my case, which by the way is just a simple clear case nothing fancy. Anyways, if it stays down it is a great screen protector. Maybe I’ll reach out to the manufacturer and see what they say.Update: I contacted the manufacturer Flolab and they were very responsive and agreed to replace my screen protector. I had to pay for shipping ($9.95) but that is part of their warranty program. I increase the rating to 5 as their customer service is superb and the product is as well (as long as the installation kit works as it should). If you are wondering, no, they did not ask me to leave a good review.

Broke with a hairline crack the first week. Read UPDATE!!
Boy my hubby went on and on how this was gonna be great. Even watched YouTube videos with him. Seemed legit. My husband has never really needed to replace a screen saver in the past maybe once that I remember. I am the one with little hands and tend to drop the pro max phone I have. He does not. One week after putting this bad boy on and there’s a hairline crack in it. Tried to process a return and it’s a hassle and a half. Can’t find the order or order number. So it’s still on his phone. He says it’s guaranteed but we can’t get a hold of FLOLAB. So if you read this it would be nice to have it guaranteed and replaced.UPDATE: Was contacted by Flo lab. Only to be told to file a warranty claim. Which we tried to do originally and the form kept telling us order not found. I explained this to them and they still asked for us to fill it out again. Just replace your product! It has a hairline crack. The phone wasn’t even dropped. What a run around. Dont listen to the YouTube reviews. This is not a superior screen saver. And customer service is a joke. Still not replaced. Still no resolution from FloLab. They could easily send a new one and we can return the one we have. But nope. Hassle back and forth. I’m at the point where we are just going to order something else.UPDATE NO 2: Again being asked to use the warranty through the website and their website will not honor my Amazon order number. What a run around. They do respond but want nothing with actually helping solve the issue which seems to be their website. It should not be this hard to return something that has a lifetime guarantee. Had we purchased another brand we could have returned it for a refund or had it replaced by now already. Now just processing a full return through Amazon and if the money is not returned I will escalate this further through Amazon. Be followed their process and it didn’t work. They stated in their emails it did t work and still want me to try it again through warrant customer service team. Which they claim is “friendly “ . Well who is emailing me? Because you’re not friendly and not helpful. And when I’ve told you I’ve followed the process once already why ask me to do it again. I’m not a moron. It’s just a run around. Buyer beware!!!
