I work from home and my headset did not comeWith a mute button. So instead of just searching for the piece. I just bought new headphones . WellLet’s just say every headset that I bought did not work with my system.. I sent my last pair back and I just waisted money with the two before that. I ordered This piece and it worked great with my current headset. I am glad that I can now quickly place the caller on mute , and cuss themOut in peace instead of holding it in and getting frustrated. I do love my Job but for the members who feel so entitled. This is a Great buy and great product!

This is just what I needed to work from home! It allows me to easily mute a call or adjust the volume on a call. It plugs into my PC via USB and is compatible with my Plantronics headset! Would definitely recommend!

Works great in my old Plantronics ear piece

So far, so good. I am using this with an ancient Plantronic QD single-side headset. It works fantastic. Much cheaper than the Plantronics DA80, which has a volume control. I am super thrilled with this.

Has anyone had any success getting this to work with Apple computer? I have connected to my Plantronics headset and set all the setting to USB In & Out. No luck getting this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
