Absolutely spot on - love them.
I took delivery of these a few days ago. I was looking for some scales that would read my vital stats and upload them to Apple Health without me having to type all the numbers in. And I needed it to be able to do this for 3 people in my family, to their phones, to their Apple Health. These work perfectly. Each morning, open the app, step on the scales, wait and the software speaks out your vital numbers. 20 seconds each person. In addition to the spoken vital stats, there are also other stats gathered (see below).I looked at the Withings scales at £100/£150 depending upon model - yes, they are wifi and don't require you to open an app, but they cost 2-3 times the price for few extra features. I also looked at the Fitbit ones but, again £80-£100 makes them up to double the price of these and don't really give you anything in data terms. Also, the Withings and Fitbit scales require you to have an account for each member who wants to use the scales. These scales do not. Download the app from the App Store and let it read/write your Apple Health data, and you're good.I looked at cheaper ones around £20 but that involves manually entering all the data, and the Salter scales I tried were not consistent. On one iPhone you can log the weight of multiple people in the app, but it can, obviously, only upload the numbers for one of these people (the primary user) to the Apple Health. In use, you NEED to have these on a hard surface. By 'hard' I mean tiled, glass or wood. Even bathroom lino affects the reading. So mine are on a glass kitchen chopping board on my bathroom lino floor and work perfectly. Getting on and off repeatedly gives repeatedly consistent numbers. They are well constructed, take 4 AAA batteries (included) and have a clear display. To get the best, you MUST have the app on your phone. The display only shows weight - it's the phone app that tells you everything else such as BMI, % fat, % muscle, % bone, % water, % lean etc. Once you have your first readings, tap the results graph to find more numbers you can display. Not all have a place for uploading to Apple Health but all the Apple Health numbers are satisfied by these.Fully recommended and well worth £50.

Brilliant scales
I was really impressed with how easy these scales were to set up. Open box, insert batteries which are included, select st & lb, lb's or kilo's and your done.I installed the app and it automatically found the scales. It links with my google fit which gets it major points in my book.It s easy to use. Any 'mis' measurements are easily deleted. It's really easy for more than one of us to use but sometimes it does confuse who is using it, but as I said it's easy to delete measurements that it has logged incorrectly. It would have 5 stars but sometimes the bluetooth just will not link and as you cannot add anything manually or access the detailed breakdowns unless it has synced that is very frustrating. There is no rhyme nor reason to it. My phone can be next to the scales app open and it won't sync. But then the next time I use it all is well and my phone could be in a different room and the app closed.Generally though I'm very happy with these and how easy they are to use.The app is good, I like the level of data it holds and how user friendly it is.The scales look good. They are also very accurate.I'm finding it really motivational.Spot on.

The scales are very easy to use
I'm one of these people who always check their weight, to make sure that I didn't gain any weight without noticing. I manually enter my weight at least once a week (sometimes more) into an app on my phone, and calculate my BMI through a website I use. These scales changed ALL of that for me! These are well designed, modern and elegant electronic scales that do all of that work for you. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I downloaded the SmartScale app (connects via bluetooth), it automatically syncs my weight, fat and muscle percentage in my body and calculates my BMI for me. It also saves the dates and gives you a weekly/monthly chart to track the progress that you're making and reach your goal. The data is also shared with Apple's health app. There are different weight units to choose from depending on what you prefer. In order to get accurate reading, make sure that the scales are placed on a hard surface (tiles, wood, glass...), so don't use the scales on a soft or wet surface. For example if you place them on a rug the reading won't be accurate. Also, it is very important to make sure that you're standing on the centre of the scales, don't stand on the edges. The scales are very easy to use, you just insert the batteries, you download the app, make sure that your bluetooth is on and you're ready to go. I fully recommend these scales (2 of my friends already placed orders), totally worth the £50.

You will actually enjoy being weighed and no longer dread standing on the scales!!
If you are looking for an interactive scale that actually makes you want to weigh yourself, then look no further!!I am a visual person so often write down my weight in the hope that i will see it going in the right direction. These scales do that all for you. They are very simple to use, simply select what units you would like to be weighed in and step on! The app connected to it is very easy to set up, you can select a goal weight and also turn the voice control off/on depending if you want your phone to tell you how much you weigh and how much you have lost/gained since your last weigh in. The app stores all your weigh ins and also shows a graph of weight, body fat %, muscle mass %, bone density % and BMI so you have an accurate presentation of how your weight loss is going. The scales them self are sleek and look very attractive in my bathroom. You need to have bare feet in order to get an accurate reading so need to be careful not to stand on them with wet feet as would be very slippy. Since using these scales i have been consistently losing weight, i just love it when my phone tells me i have lost weight and the graph on the app keeps going down.
