I only started using this water cream ten days ago when I ordered it. But I do already see a difference in the way my skin looks. Suffering from dry skin due to menopause, nothing I tried so far had helped, until trying this product. I layer it under serums, and my skin looks like I bathed in morning dew after applying it. I also apply moisturizer and sunscreen a few minutes later, after my skin drank this water cream. The texture is light, something in between a cream and a gel, and my face absorbs it right away. In the description it says it scented raspberries but I can’t really smell it at all. Price point is fair, and, because of its texture you don’t really need much, so it should last longer. It also comes with a tiny plastic spatula/spoon (don’t know what else to call it) to allow ease scooping. I will definitely continue using it, and maybe do an update after finishing this jar. I recommended it to anyone with dry skin.

I have ordered this 3 times and it has not let me down. I honestly do not notice an odor at all from this moisturizer, if there is a scent it does not bother me at all. I use this in my skin care routine every night and when I wake up in the morning my skin is not dry at all and looks refreshed and supple. The consistency feels thick but it soaks into my skin nicely. Perhaps the negative reviews are due to a lack of skin care routine and solely relying on this as the only moisturizer. I first take off all of my makeup with a makeup remover wipe, then use a cleanser, then apply hyaluronic acid, then a moisturizing toner, then this moisturizer, then a sqaulane oil. This is a great combo for my skin and this moisturizer is a staple in my opinion.

Strong scent at first but it wears off. It’s mildly hydrating.

Different skincare products work differently for everyone, but this is my ideal moisturizer. I have combination skin with not a lot of skin concerns, and I find that this moisturizer is a great balance for me. The texture is as others have said almost jelly-like, but it feels very lightweight and absorbs quickly into my skin. Personally I love the smell, but I haven't noticed it lingering like some others mentioned. My skin stays moisturized all day without feeling greasy, and though I know I could probably find other less expensive moisturizers, I just love this one too much to switch - I've been using it for almost 3 years now. My one complaint is that I wish the applicator (a small piece of plastic) attached onto the jar somehow, like on the inside of the lid or something. It's easy to lose!

So i usually hate moisturizers because they leave a shiny residue, and greasy look/feel. My sister got me a skin care pack from target and a tiny tube of this was it in. I fell in love. So its not shiny, not greasy, and makes your skin almost matte. It totally hydrates my skin and makes any redness disappear. At this point after I wash my face I automatically put this on, and SOOOO much product comes in the packaging. So its worth the price. The smell is refreshing and helps with dark marks. I highly recommend, its a total staple now, and it feels great under a primer. Please buy if you are struggling with dry skin, or just want a great moisturizer!!

I originally bought this product because I heard it was a great affordable duper for the Tatcha Water Cream and I really wanted a water cream moisturizer to mix with my foundation. I have dry/dehydrated/combo skin and I think this product is SO hydrating!!! I apply it every night to my face and neck at the end fo my skin care routine since i apply moisturizer last. In the mornings, I only apply this to my neck after cleansing my face/neck because it does leave my face oily so I use a different moisturizer for day time on my face. When applying makeup, I use this moisturizer for my skin prep and I'll even mix my foundation with some of this moisturizer! I love it! I definitely plan on re purchasing. This would be a staple product for at least those winter times!

It smells like soap. I personally did not mind this but before I bought it I seen a lot of negative reviews about this being their concern. I have intense dry skin and I believe this made my skin even drier. Looking at the ingredients it is made with alcohol which is super drying to begin with. Also the ingredient list is very long. I don’t ever use products with an ingredient list that fits a whole page of products. To finalize my review this product is very moisturizing and like some people say glass like feeling on your skin but only when you apply this. I noticed through out the time my face would feel so dry as if it was tight and flaky and I would have a layer of oil on my face. I tried to switch products to see if it was my skin or this moisturizer because it only seemed to happen when I wore this moisturizer. After time of testing it truly was this moisturizer that made my face feel extremely dry. It’s an odd feeling have my face full of oil but yet feeling flaky. I have dry skin not oily skin and other moisturizers just sink in to the skin. This did not it just stayed on the surface. I can say it helped with dark spots but not worth feeling how I did wearing this. Especially for the price it’s $30

Use this for the winter. A little bit to thick for the summer. I have dry skin and I can say this really helps to moisturizer your skin With a tiny layer and not too much on the face. For it a watery consistency and turns into oil afterwards. But with dry skin my skin soaks up anything pretty fast. But with this it takes time to soak up and then leaves my face to be hydrated and moisturized for the rest Of the night.
