This probiotic was recommended to me by my doctor. I was a bit skeptical, because I had tried other probiotics before and I didn’t really notice a big difference in my health. This probiotic actually helped me a lot. I’d had some digestive issues (gas, constipation) and this fixed those completely. I also gave them to my mother who has had the opposite issue and it also helped her. I also just feel better and have more energy than I did before I was taking them.

I was told that this is one of the best probiotics by my doctors when I developed a C-Diff infection. Don't think for a moment that probiotics are a just a fad. They put back into your system the good stuff that C-Diff kills.
