Nice chocolate
This chocolate tasted lovely, I tried it out as was marginally cheaper than my usual brand “Callebaut” but if I’m honest, I think I’ll stick with callebaut. I find the large buttons harder to temper/melt than the callets from callebaut and for the price difference being so small, it’s not worth the change. But definitely lovely chocolate tasted-wise!
