Note the bench top is MDF with a Formica top. Which is fine for the price. The assembly was great. Everything went smoothly. What really stood out to me was the customer service. FEDEX delivered and when I unboxed the tabletop corner was damaged. So, I called, and a person answered. They did everything perfectly and, in a few days, I received what was needed to repair the bench. Wow, overall happy with the product and service.

I received the bench within a week and upon beginning the assembly process, I noted some minor damage to the table top. I immediately emailed the company and received a prompt response that gave me two options of my choosing for a solution. Within 24 hours the representative (Rex) issued a full refund and advised me to keep the workbench.As far as the quality of the work bench, it is absolutely solid and assembly was easy. I highly recommend this product, and the company is very responsive should you have any problems.

The wood top is very poor quality. It is not hard wood. The legs are sturdy, that's why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

Top isn't great material. Okay for light duty use, but don't plan on banging on it or anything. Delivered through FedEx, ended up being delivered to the house next door and on top that the corner of the box was busted it pretty bad, leaving corner of the table top busted. Nothing the seller could do about how FedEx handles the product, 3 star rating based primarily on the quality of the top and packing not withstanding the abuse of shipping.

Table came poorly packaged in a 1 ply box that never had a chance of making it unbroken. It arrived with a major crack all the way through it. Sent pictures to manufacturer, it was to big to send back so they just refunded my money quickly. The frame is very well built though, they just need to ship it in something other than a 1 ply box, but customer service was great. I’m sure if it were a smaller bench it would’ve made it but it was 6’ long. I gave them 4 stars for customer service and it was a nice bench if it had made it in one piece.

Wow! This table/bench is incredible! I’m 75 so I built it on its side. It’s heavy! So stout!! Well designed and aesthetically pleasing. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Trust me, this bench is the right choice. 16” wide won’t interfere with you parking you vehicle in the garage. It rolls with ease with locking wheels. I keep my tool box on top with plenty of room to use for projects. You won’t find a better one at this price point. Excellent quality!!!
