I learned about these when TikTok was banned and we moved over to the Chinese app Red Note. They have completely different practices when it comes to women's health and specifically our time of month. These Goji Berries are part of a tea recipe I learned. They are delicious and now I have moved to using them in facial cleansing! Multi use product right here!

I dont write reviews. This is my first time writing one on here but let me tell about these things here! Theyre good! I have very low iron and I heard these are a great source of iron so I purchased them. Not going to like it took me a couple of months to try them because they do come hard but they seemed fresh and organic. Moisture level is low. Decent price for the bag. I prefer it to be a little more filled to the top but I digress. Fast forward I just tried them this week because I put myself on a Iron rich diet and meal prepped. I decided to put these in my overnight oats. The next day they were so soft and not usy (I dont like mushy stuff. Yes its a texture thing lol) They are tasty! I put them in my overnight oats. I mix organic rolled oats, organic flex seeds, the goji berries, organic honey or agave, organic cinnamon with organic milk. It's soooo good I can't wait to wake up to eat it out my mason jar lol. It's like night and day how soaking them in liquid makes a difference. I did try one in its hard state and its not bad but I dont like the taste when its hard. In conclusion... BUY THEM! 🤗👌🏾

Very dry, but easily moistened in my mouth; not my favorite flavor. Excellent nutrients for Eyes!
