Great for use with pump and hoses to water large areas of newly sewn grass seed!
I used this to spray well water on new grass seed at numerous locations on our 15 acres. I purchased a 550 gallon Poly tank, a 150 gpm pump, a 2 " suction hose and a 2" discharge hose. Then I used this coupling with fire nozzle to deliver well water up to 50' from the tank. Super easy to use, you can either have a heavy fine spray, or a powerful stream of water to reach the distant areas. Nozzle turns off in both directions.

Great for watering the garden! No, really ... using my 2 inch gas powered pump from Harbor Freight and water from the creek ... I can water down the entire roof of our house with an 80ft stream of water. Great for fire protection from a distance. Now I need fire protection attire to protect me from embers!

Good product
Works great for our water truck and when we run off hydrants. Had the exact same one before but a Mack truck ran it over and crushed it. The only problem I’ve ever come across with it was when a mud clot plugged the end up from inside the hose but a quick trip to the car wash and it was good.

Even though plastic, has worked well
Used to water a large area of new grass seed using a 6hp gas pump pushing about 150 gpm through 2" line. Cam locks on smoothly and without leaks (could swap if it was an issue). Easy to work even under pressure. Shuts off completely. Pleasantly surprised.

Well made.
I haven’t ever seen this nosel in a retail store. The ability to water newly planted orchard tree from a distance without always maneuvering a water filled hose is great. This is commercial grade hardware. Unless you live on an estate this is not for residential use.

large amount of water where you point it.
I got this to aid in fire protection. 2" line and pump lets me spray a heavy mist or large stream of water. Great thing to have.
