The product did not produce coffee but only gave out steam. Complained to service center they assigned a technician who called and informed me to send product back as it is still in return period. He did not want to come and fix it. Replacement csmd it was a used piece. It was not clean smelling of mildew typical of used wet machinery not cleaned. This was a dud machine did not work at all. Truly terrible service and product

Device is ok but it is made of plastic and smell plastice when I drink black coffe. Filter is also made of plastic, even though it's food grade the quality does not meet my expectations due to the smell. Auto cutoff works and plate keeps coffee warm.

The media could not be loaded. After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product.Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.
