NASB, The Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Daily Bible, Paperback: Holy Bible, New American Standard Bible Paperback – December 19, 2011

I have been using Bible apps to read the Bible for many years but I decided to try something different this year. Not only is it formatted for daily reading but the way Dr. Charles Stanley has done it includes a reading from the Old Testament, Psalms, Proverbs and the New Testament. I’m reading aloud with my son who has Autism and we can discuss it as we go along every day. I chose NASB 1995 translation because it’s the most accurate verbiage to the original texts.

This book is easy to read and encourages me to be a better person

I have all kinds of Bibles in all translations. When I came to Christ and on fire for God I wanted everything that is out there. Now my adult son asked for a Bible with guidance or readings he can turn to when he is feeling down. So I did some research and found this. I am so excited that this exceeded my expectations a million times for the price. I wish people would talk about this Bible more. I will be getting more of this for my daughter and other friends.

I have a dog-eared original paperback in another version in NKJV, which was all that was available yrs ago. I like the New American Standard version, so replaced my old copy with this. Even the font is slightly improved now. I do a read-through of the Word daily to get to know what it says in my AM quiet time w God.. Have been doing this for years. It is set up with an Old Testament book, a portion of a Psalm, then a potion of a Proverb, then a New Testament passage. There are comments by Charles Stanley, and teaching points in 1/2 page boxes that I love. Hope you try it out!

This Bible is an excellent study tool and has very useful and inspiring notations that accompany the daily scripture reading. This Bible is set up to achieve daily Bible readin goals and has helped me immensely in keeping these goals. It makes a wonderful gift for family and friends, is available in large print if needed.

I purchased the NASB, The Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Daily Bible, Paperback version, and I am very happy with the quality of the bible. It has a good hefty feel, nice binding, the paper feels nice to the touch and is not thin or cheap, and the print is very readable and easy on the eyes.I recommend this bible.

Have been wanting this Bible from Dr.Stanley for some time. His teachings are timeless! Easy to read, understand and excellent guidance.Bummed that the first several pages of this new book arrived pretty bent up n smooshed.But...like all of us, little flaws make it unique!Highly recommended purchase!

I love Charles Stanley and looked forward to using this Bible like a daily devotion but I gave it up after a couple of weeks. It is well written and I think probably I am not his target audience. I have studied and taught the Bible for 40 years and this as a Daily growth is pretty basic. So a new Christian or someone just getting into Bible reading and study it might be fine.
