So first i want to be honest about these and the thin application. Please when you take it off the plastic make sure you catch and stick it to your hand because it will curl and be unusable. I have not seen I big difference. Not like this brands light but they supply refills for- disappointing! Thought I'd try this it is ok. I'm sure it doing something but not dramatic. I found these to be a slight bit smaller than some strips which may work well for those with smaller mouths. The whitening effect is standard and I have had no irritation or sensitivity so far.
