I recently bought this for our front room that gets a little stuffy in the summer. It was easy to install, and it works amazing! We got the white fan, and it blends in with our ceiling, so it isn't very noticeable. The light works very well, and has two or three different color temps (I like the warm white). Also, when the light isn't on, it actually just looks like there isn't a light fixture, which I really like since that is usually the part of a ceiling fan that makes it look a little gaudy. The fan moves the air really well, and the motor is silent. It comes with a remote control. We put some command strip velcro on the back of it so that it is attached to the wall near the light switch.Love this fan so far! Would definitely buy another one!

Fast shipping! Easy to read instructions and easy to install. Works fantastic and is so very quiet with great air flow. The size is perfect for our livingroom. Love the 3 different tones of light. Would've rather had buttons for each tone instead of the toggle. Very well built!

This is a nice, lightweight, attractive fan. Very easy to install, moves a lot of air. Good price as well. Two things to mention - The light is very bright and not dim-able. The other is the remote needs to be very close to the fan. I have to get it to with in 2/3 feet for it to control the fan. I'm going to remove the cover and move adjust the receiver in the fan housing to see if it helps.

Replaced a vintage Casablanca with this one last year. Air flow is much better and it's much more quiet. The remote takes some finesse but it works fine once you figure out how to best depress the buttons. I thought using the switches was supposed to disrupt something, but it hasn't caused any trouble. At the same time, had a 700$ fanimation installed in our bedroom and I massively regret simply not getting another one of these - it works significantly better than the fanimation with much longer blades - that remote is even more annoying.

With 8' ceilings you don't have many choices when it comes to ceiling fans. Most hang too low. If you've been to home improvement stores you know they don't carry more than 1 or 2 that hang less than 15 inches from the ceiling. This is one of the nicer, more modern looking ceiling fans. The instructions are easy to follow - easy to assemble and easy to connect wiring and hang. No matter what your room size is, when you look up what size the fan should be, it'll always show a size range. I purchased on the larger end of the spectrum but it looked gigantic after it was assembled! I thought I'm made a huge mistake. I'm glad I didn't send it back because now that it's up it perfect!! Anything smaller wouldn't move enough air on low to make a difference in the room. I know this because I have smaller fans in my smaller bedrooms, the type that have fan blades in the center of the light fixture. They're pretty but they don't have the span of air movement. Anyway - I highly recommend this fan for rooms that only have a 8' ceiling. 5 Stars!

Fan technically works, but that's about the only good thing I can say. It has a loud annoying "BEEP" every time you turn it on, and every time you turn it on, the light is a different color. It cycles through the 3 colors at random, every time you turn it on. 1 of the 2 fans we purchased only worked the first time we turned it on. After that, it unpaired from the remote, and nothing we do can re-pair it (yes, we followed the pairing instructions in the manual).There is no other way to turn the fan off or on besides the remote, so now all we have is a huge, ugly, randomly-colored ceiling light.

Looks good, blades are made of plastic....not cool Runs quiet and relatively easy to install. One installation snag, house is wired for two switches, one for fan, other for light. This unit is only wired for one and then you need to use the remote.Another note, it says that the light is dimmable, but not really. Yes you can change the color by turning off and then back on so the lumens are less, but dimmable is when you can raise or lower to the brightness you desire. I think that is an issue for amazon to address.I do think it was too pricey for the less quality so am stuck with it. Lesson learned.
