Not for me
Tried to return.. felt like I was either losing circulation or it was falling off. String was long but was to afraid of ruining it to cut it.

I have it as tight as I can stand it and it still slides down my arm.

Does not work
Straps thin, inadequate, too long. The item does not help keeping the sensor in place or protect it from pressure. It actually makes the stabilizing the sensor worse. I would not recommend this item at all.
