The original straw in my 24 oz Owala broke (frozen in place by the sustained sub-zero temps, so when unscrewing lid—SNAP! Oops!) I was excited to receive this 6 pack of replacement straws so I could use my Owala again, but dismayed when the straw was a tad too small for the hole in my Owala lid😟— there was not a tight seal, so when I sucked in it was slurpy and ineffective. Interestingly, this new pink straw fit snugly in my son’s 32 ounce Owala, and his blue straw fit snugly in mine—so we swapped! But since none of the other straws will work in mine, they are useless for me. I would like to return them and get some kind of refund or replacement, but I see I have missed the return/exchange date. Can you please help me out?

This company is Awesome. I like all their products. Customer Service good me. But I wish for better prices or a discount for those who have been loyal. They have something I do understand. BUT I'm running out of room and sometimes I don't like the color scheme They are just a big company.

It says they are the same length as the original owala straws. But if fact they are not.

These are great replacement straws for the one I lost for my owala bottle. They're a fun bright color, came with plenty of straws and fit perfectly in my bottle. Great value foe the money and easy to clean with the straw brush.

They are a bit shorter then the original straws but the get the job done almost
