Good Knife For Less Than $20
I've had good luck with the Flissa knives I've purchased, and this one is no exception. I got it for less than $20, and it's a beautiful knife in terms of fit and finish, ergonomics are also nice. I haven't tested the blade yet, but I've had no issues with my other Flissa D2 knives in terms of really being D2 steel, and holding an edge. The sheath is actually made out of decent leather. In terms of weight and heft, it's way more stout than Mora Knife, so car camping folk will probably like this knife better than backpackers and other weight weenies.

Pleased with total package
Good "Heft". Fit/Finish is perfect. . Size is just right for my everyday use on property. Gimping is not sharp or abrasive. Balance point is just in back of mid-point screw ( toward butt end of screw). Greenish detail is subtle, not screamin' green. Sheath is good with a generous 2" wide belt loop.

Sharp and as pictured..
Easy to carry on the belt. Nice sized - not a flipper pocket knife. Very sharp out of the box. I bought several of these and recommend them. Excellent price... The handle is good in length but it's a flat handle. Texture on the handle should prevent any slipping of the hand.

Looks great. But the proof will be the beating it's going to get
Just received this and contrary to my expectations, this thing looks and feels great. The perfect length, width and weight. The spine and grip scales are thick enough for chopping, batoning and prying. The sheath is THICK and very well stitched. The blade is also shaped well for cooking prep, skinning and self-defense. Not bad for $35. I can't find anything I don't like (except origin), but I'm going to beat the hell out of it BEFORE I need to count on it.

Nice knife, 5.1" blade?
Having quite a few fixed blades and folders of various sizes I was wanting a fixed blade knife with a 5 inch blade. There weren't many bought reviews but I decided on the Flissa hunting knife. Opening the box I was impressed how solid this knife felt. Full tang. The Micarta handle felt good in my hand. I prefer knife handles with some grip, but this would do. My issue was the blade length. Flissa measures the blade from the tip to just past the handle. I have knives from Gerber, Eafengrow, Grand Way, NedFoss and most measure from the tip to the choil (or just behind it). Look at the photo. The Grand Way is an 8.86" knife with a 4.45" blade. There isn't much of a difference. I know there isn't an official blade measurement standard. But was disappointed that Flissa stated it was longer than it was. For most people this won't be an issue. That said it is a solid knife. The D2 blade looks like it can handle most jobs. The overall length of the knife is as stated 9.8". Has a good weight on it. The sheath looks nice and there is no play when the knife is in it. It came sharp, but not the sharpest knife out of the box I have. If I keep it I would hand sharpen it more.

Absolutely!
Great! Some of these Chinese knives are ground too thin at the tip and edge for my liking, this piece is just right. The handle is full size and comfortable and a little darker and better looking than pictures here suggest.
