Very good and a repeat purchase

This is my second purchase of these tabs. I bought them because at 34 mg they are higher strength than most other iron supplements available at High st or online health food stores, chemists and the like. My ferritin levels were low (i.e. bottom end of the "normal" range) resulting in low energy levels and soon becoming breathless at the slighest exertion whereas I am normally pretty active. After taking the tablets for a month or so there was a improvement in general well being such that I could start taking gentle exercise again. Continued use over time led to further gradual improvement to something like the normal state.It is important not to expect an overnight result, building up iron levels is not a quick process.The tablets are small, therefore easy to swallow and have no noticeable flavour so are not unpleasant to take.The tablets are supplied in a slim pouch which means they fit through the letter box - handy if you're not going to be in.

I have an issue with absorbing iron from my (healthy) diet and have been struggling over the last 5 or 6 years to find an acceptable supplement. Most make you feel queasy for a few hours and some make you vomit - etched on my mind is the memorable occasion when at 9am I was throwing up down a drain in my local high street! Also one needs a sensible dose - 14mg is no good if you are already deficient - and to get an effective dose has, until now, meant the ghastly stuff the NHS doctors prescribe (the one that can really upset your stomach!) So I was overjoyed when I found the Oxford Vitality 34mg Iron Tablets - at last a dosage which stood a chance of correcting my deficiency - ferritin level down to 10 on this occasion. I take 2 tablets at a time and it occasionally makes me feel slightly queasy - completely fine compared to the alternatives. I haven't yet had my bloods done since taking Oxford Vitality 34mg x 2 (in these coronavirus times getting through to the doctor for simple stuff like bloods is very challenging) but I am feeling much improved and the pigmentation of my lips and gums is returning to a more normal shade. I shall be repeat buying!!!!

I suffer with idiopathic anaemia so I need a high strength tablet that is not harsh on my stomach, these are the best I have found to date. they are small and easy to swallow, they don't taste offensive and for me they don't hurt my stomach. They arrived promptly and were in a easy to open pouch. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone, the company also sent a nice follow up email to check everything was in working order.

These are amazing , now on my second pack . I sometimes suffer with low iron and as soon as I take these I feel more energetic a few hours later. The awful tiredness disappears .

This is my fourth pack of these. I take one everyday, very tiny so easy to swallow.I take it to help maintain hair growth/thickness during menopause. Really good value and will continue to purchase.

can only hope they work as hard to measure benefits

tablets are small making it easy to swallow, no after taste either which is good!!
