the m3 screws incorrect because i tried to replace with the same ta-018 with m3 bolts (the one that need to replace) look almost the same. its stuck on on and dont turn off, both of them.

These thermostats put out nothing but high heat high or low setting didn't matter just hot. I've returned two hot plates on Amazon and two locally it seems to be a consistent problem. This is the third thermostat I've returned. We should be able to buy parts without this kind of issue.

Great just one was not working.

buyer beware these are not universal and nor are they interchangeable unless you can match the part number and the specific thermal protection switch with the one you are replacing they don't all work across-the-board it turns out my 5 1/2 year-old Black & Decker toaster oven with a convection would not work with this particular thermal switch. Be very careful when you purchase this, good luck
