We really enjoy the size of this island. I wanted something super specific, measurement-wise, and this was nearly an exact match. I love the height, width, storage, and sturdiness. I did a lot of trial-and-error to find the perfect trash cans for this unit and highly recommend Hefty 13.3gal (Hefty 13.3 Gallon Trash Can, Plastic Touch Top Kitchen Trash Can, White - Walmart has a great price) - just remove the lids and use without them. It is a PERFECT fit and utilized much more of the space within the cabinets (nothing is worse than wasted space). I plan to either make a new top out of real wood and tack it in or buy a real butcher block piece and cut it to fit. The top of this item is thin and fakey - easy fix, though! The brass hardware isn’t my favorite tone, so I used Rub’n’Buff to give a more antiqued “real” color to the hardware. Overall, we would buy it again! It’s been very handy for our tiny kitchen.

Let’s see the boxes came all mangled and everything loose the one weighs well over 70 pounds and you will need 2 people to carry in. Then it takes a good 5 hours to assemble and I am pretty mechanical. After it was about 90% assembled the door was warped enough to where it would not latch so it opens and the company did not know if they were able to get a replacement and it they could it would take a month. The garbage can holder does not fit anything you can buy I have bought about 5 different cans and none fit right. The doors for the garbage are not adjustable so they scrap against the sides. All or the hardware is super cheap junk. The handles feel like they are made of some kind of plastic. The screws are so cheaply made. So have had it now about a week and went to move it as it is on wheels and the screws ripped out of the fiber board wood stuff and the bearings broke on the wheels and the bb,s went every where. Talked to amazon and they will return it if I disassemble the entire thing and repackage it. So now I am stuck with this giant broken piece of kick that didn’t last a week and out the money. Also it is way higher that a normal counter top so if you are over 5,8” works but shorter good luck.

Love the idea, and it keeps my very nosey pups out of the trash, it adds a lot of counter space. One of the doors doesn’t settle right after some use, and after about 2 weeks of use the wheels literally snapped off. Customer service did nothing to resolve the issue. It’s decently easy to assemble, I did the whole thing by myself.

It was way bigger than I was expecting, but very happy with the purchase. I probably should have took a closer look at the measurements before I purchased, but it does the job and assembly was not difficult. Just took a good amount of time because of the sheer size of the project and the number of moving parts that have to be put together. Everything did line up properly. I felt the need to say something since the reviews about poor quality and pieces not lining up properly almost dissuaded me from buying. Definitely worth the money.

The brackets either snap the wheel off or the screws rip out. They're holding over 200lbs before even putting anything in or on it. Otherwise seems pretty sturdy.I'm going to home Depot to get new brackets with a bolt and nut system. I have tools to make bigger holes for the bolts. I think it'll be a lot more adequate. What were they thinking?

I was hesitant to order this product because of no rating or reviews.But, the product was delivered in good condition and was delivered in 2 separate shipments which was specified, but, I overlooked that part and thought that they messed up of my order.Once the 2nd shipment was delivered, I was able to install the island.If you are not handy enough, this is not for you.My husband I took about 4 to 5 hours to build it.Instructions were very detailed and easy to follow.It definitely needs 2 people for most of the steps and be ready to spend some time to install it as it takes a while and eill.leave a mess if you stop it in between.BTW, I am using it for my master closet as closet island and the 2 pullout bins as laundry bins.

Fairly easy to assemble with lots of extra parts. Lots of storage and we love the tilt out garbage drawers

They also didn't.Bother to box in and hide the electrical components or put the part where the wire comes out at a spot near the floor Where it belongs.... it's a horrible design and they purposely hid the exposed electrical box in every single photo. Also the magnetic closure doesn't even work on the cabnet.They also posted it as a new release as if it had never been released before to trick people into ordering it without being able to see the reviews. They already had previously from back in December.... Deceitful and disgusting business practice. Like one month update.... wheel broke off at 2 shitty welds while taking trash out...
