Excellent knife, sharp, great for cutting bread, handle easy to grip good ergonomic design.

It's a great knife, I've wanted one for ages but couldn't find one. It is the weirdest of shapes, but if you cut a lot of unsliced bread (especially loaves)it works well. However you need to persevere as it feels very awkward to start with.

Wow! This knife is SHARP and ERGONOMIC! What an excellent product. The offset handle spares your knuckles from grazing the cutting surface and makes it much easier to cut straight slices. It is very sharp. Even if it dulls in a year it is still a great buy at this price. I probably should have bought 2 so I could put 1 away for whenever this one is dull. Will definitely buy again and recommend.

Sturdy and sharp. Firm grip handle, ideal for cutting sourdough loaves. Should have bought the 10-inch or longer.

Nice blade with no wiggle or flex, but as a consequence not the thinnest blade. Which is ok with me; but after doing a little research, it seems the thinnest blade possible is preferred with a bread knife. The handle is ok quality, and comfortable. The offset handle seems to be of value, allowing for a clean cut to the bottom of a loaf. No sheath included. All in all, quite happy with this knife. Recommended. UPDATE (2/20/25): The original knife I ordered was quite bent to the left and slightly bowed. I've received a replacement and it's near perfectly straight.
