The worst product I purchased it delivered damaged and not working and I have waiting two month for a help and asking for a refund but they are ghosting me. That’s unfair I was saving money to buy a phone and it doesn’t work.👎👎👎👎👎👎

I bought two units.. after 1st month 1st unit malfunctioned and went into boot loop.. then the 2nd unit went i to boot loop just today which is the 2nd month.. two units same problem

Can't expect more. Such a great device in budget. Feels very premium, nice display, optimum brightness, chipset is superb for the price quoted, easily handles games like cod mobile. Only con seems to be slight idle battery drain, most likely would be fixed with an update and few minor ui issues. Look is also very good. Weight is bit on higher side. Very balanced specs. I received the Tecno Pova 5 on 5th March, 2024. It is 4G variant. I like the Product. Camera, Display and battery is awesome. I like the user interface with recent apps used feature on the mobile desktop. At this price range, this mobile is awesome.

As shown on various you tube channels the actual user experience is very different in reality. The phone may feel a bit heavy as it's close to 200 gms after putting a flip cover , screen glass and lens cover. Performance while gaming is very good considering the price (10500/- as purchased on 08/02/2024). I suggest a "Spinbot mobile phone cooler" should used as an attachment with the phone while gaming for best user experience with focus mode turned on in the phone and wifi connection while gaming if someone is willing to play games on it for more than 1 hour continuously. The temperature doesn't increase much while gaming as shown on you tube channels. Camera is also very good which is given a bad rating by various you tubers by comparing it with "Camon" series and "Pova 5 5G" models of Tecno. The camera quality deteriorate while using zoom before capturing and in photos if photos are taken without "AI" feature selection during the day and night. Night mode is also decent considering the price INR 10500. Image stabilization is missing which on this price is quite hard to find so the photos and videos have to be taken with a lot of attention. Features like built in screen recorder, call recorder, whatsapp call recorder and whatsapp voice changer are some of its key features which make it stand out from other brand phones. 45 watt super charge is also available to quick charge the phone. Charger adapter life is something about which I cannot say much so early because I am a new user but you tubers complain about tecno's charger quality which I don't think would be true as most of the parameter on which they disliked the phone I found it nice. The disheartening part is that it doesn't come with " Phone Master" app update for "Dynamic Port" which is a notification bar that make the phone screen look like an iPhone which is available in other latest Tecno phones but not in this model of Tecno Pova 5 4G. However for Dynamic port I have downloaded a third party app ("DNotch" from Google Play Store ) which is functioning fine. If some one wants to buy phone for camera in its price range of around INR 11000 than I would suggest them to go for Samsung A05s or Tecno Camon 20 or Tecno Spark 20.

Battery is Bomb with its 45W Super charge. I don't have to worry about the battery while I travel inspite of having to keep the GPS on for longer duration. And with 8GB RAM and lesser bloatware, I am happy I've chosen this as my secondary mobile. The Display is smooth, buttery functions without any heating issue while browsing. Not a gamer so not going to comment on that. I used to one Motorola one fusion Plus which was a bit heavy but this one inspite of all the features seems lighter than it. Only Downside is that the camera isn't up to the mark, a bit let down but compared to the price at which it is coming, I'd say I'll ignore that. Decent picture capture during the day light, but still could do much better to try and reach atleast medium expectations.
