Using wired router once in a month there was compalint, about disconnection, off and on resetting, but after using this wireless sim base router , off and on disconnection problem solved , Even it covers ground plus three floors, without extender, strongly suggest to buy , only thing is data speed is low as it’s seem based router,

I recently purchased the Trueview Wireless Router 4G Mobile Sim Based Router with Four Antenna, expecting it to provide reliable internet connectivity. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the setup process was unnecessarily complicated. The instructions were poorly written and difficult to follow, which made the initial configuration a frustrating experience. Once I finally got the router set up, I found that the signal strength was disappointing. Despite having four antennas, the coverage was weak and inconsistent. I experienced frequent dropouts, even when using the router in close proximity. Moreover, the internet speed was far below expectations. Despite having a strong 4G signal from my mobile provider, the router failed to deliver consistent and reliable speeds. Streaming videos, video conferencing, and even basic browsing were plagued by buffering and lag. Another major issue was the router's stability. It would often reboot itself randomly, causing interruptions in my internet connection. This instability made it impossible to rely on the router for any important online activities. Customer support was also a letdown. When I reached out for assistance, the response was slow, and the solutions provided were ineffective. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and ultimately, the support team was unable to resolve the issues I faced. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the Trueview Wireless Router 4G Mobile Sim Based Router. Its poor performance, unreliable connectivity, and lack of effective customer support make it a product I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options on the market.

The router is used for CCTV purposes for home. Purchased in Feb 2024 it has worked well to our satisfactiin. 4 wireless cameras are connected and it has worked seamlessly. The router is placed on the terrace for outdoor cameras . Totally satisfied with the product.

I have Received on 18/08/2024. It's working good. You just need to follow the manual for installation. After going all other routers finnally made a decision to buy TRUVIEW. I will recommend to everyone as it is affordable and working fine. Installation: Just Follow the manual. Size: Perfact Appearance: Good Signal Strength: Good Internet: 4G Only

Queries and complaints take too long to be addressed. Technical support is often unresponsive or unhelpful. Even simple issues like network drops or SIM setup problems remain unresolved for days. Replacement or repair requests are slow and frustrating. The customer care team provides inconsistent information. Follow-ups are required multiple times to get any action. Overall, the product’s post-purchase experience significantly undermines its advertised features. Buyers should be aware that support after purchase is very poor.
