I started on "Nature Wise Women's Stress Support" at the beginning of July. This vitamin is so good, that the results from my August blood work, a month into this vitamin, my doctor was smiling ear to ear. My A1C went down 4 points, my blood pressure went down, my weight went down, and the reason my doctor was really smiling and ecstatic was because of my insulin. He explained that below 1 is considered very low, between 1 and 3 is normal range and above that is high. He got excited when he said, "You don't know how good this is!" I am now at 1.9!All, I believe, due to this vitamin. My doctor's excitement should say it all.

What witchcraft is this!?Housekeeper here, up early for work for an extremely physical job. I've just taken two of these multivitamins again today for the second day, and within 15 minutes I feel a fog lift inside of my brain to this wonderful calm, awake, awareness. Update: I’ve been taking these for over a month now, my skin has broken out so much & im 95% sure it’s from this because it’s only on my chin area. A high dose of B vitamins can cause acne apparently. Other than that, this is a great multivitamin.I’ve been taking these after taking another vitamin. These work a lot better. After just one day of using, I could tell they were working. They turn my urine a bright yellow when I take two so I only take one now.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this multivitamin because I was looking for something specific. Not only did I want a solid daily vitamin to give me essential nutrients, but I was also looking for something to lower my cortisol levels. I researched what were the best supplements to help lower stress/cortisol levels and this contains basically everything other than lemon balm which I just bought seperately.I've been taking this for almost 2 months now and can really see a difference. My energy levels are great, my mood has improved, I am not as anxious, im more focused(I am the ADHD so that's helpful), my PMDD symptoms are nowhere near as bad(IYKYK), and I sleep better at night.This is the first and only thing that I have on subscribe and save so I feel like that says something about this product. I definitely won't be going a day without them and they are worth a try!
