*please see end for edit!* I'm chronically ill so I use a heating pad very often. This was perfect in every way until it just stopped so staying on. It'll turn on for a second but turns off before heat builds at all. I wish so badly it kept working :(** after writing this review the company reached out to me to offer a replacement or refund due to my pad no longer working, I opted for the replacement as this really is a perfect heating pad! Just got my replacement and I'm so happy to have another working one! It gets very hot (a feature I look for in a heating pad) and is so soft and I absolutely adore the velcro feature so it can wrap around my body. My pain tends to "shoot" through my body so having front and back heat is amazing for pain relief! Can't recommend this heating pad more!!**

This heating pad is super helpful for period cramps, back pain and sore muscle. It heats up fast, has different heat level, and auto shut off is a nice safety feature. Great choice for pain relief.

So far, it works great, but time will tell. It's soft, and the controller is easy to use. Display is large and bright enough that elderly people can easily use it. I'm a bit larger than what this heating pad can wrap around. It does come with an extension strap, HOWEVER: The one thing I do NOT like so far, is the "extension strap". It's a strip of the loop side of hook and loop (velcro). That's not going to work with how the heating pad is designed. So if you decide to buy this (which, for the money it's a good buy SO FAR), You WILL need to buy some double sided hook and loop. Luckily I bought some here a while back, this is the name for it: "Reusable Fastening Tape Cable Ties Roll 2 Inch Double Side Hook Roll Hook and Loop Cord Management Wire Organizer Straps" The link is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PXQ926K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1Maybe I got a faulty one. Love it! It works great, lots of options. It allows me to shift in my chair and it stays where I put it.

First off really liked the unit. It heated well and hand warmer section was a bonus and really nice. The negative and a big one is it nearly caught fire as seen in the picture it burned up in less than 6 months. Maybe this was a bad one? Need to see if anyone else has similar issues. Perhaps the company that makes this will make it right as I now have a useless burned up item that nearly burned my wife.I have similar heating pads from a brand name and they have lasted 7+ years and never had this happen. Been using heating pads for 30+ years, this is a first for a burned up pad in this fashion that is concerning.

Game changer right here for cramps or muscle aches. It’s the perfect size. It’s wraps around and holds great, doesn’t slip down. I have instant relief from pain once o put this on. There is range of motion while wearing it so it’s flexible.All around great design and I am so happy I got this FINALLY!
