I love the shade and texture. Good quality. Don't love that I have to sharpen it, but it does bring a sharpener! It isn't super drying on the lips which is lovely.

Received a sample of this product and immediately knew I had to order more. The consistency and texture is so nice - not sticky, just soft. I like to add a clear lip balm on top to gloss it up as it is a bit on the matte side. But the color is impeccable and lasts.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love these lipsticks! They are soft, smooth and they stay put too for hours too! The Matte finish makes your lips look perfect and sensual. Long lasting lipstick usually makes my lips dry but not this one! I bought the red because sometimes I want a little pop of color when I go out for a date night! My husband likes it because it doesn’t come off on him!

This lipstick color is SO beautiful and pigmented! And it comes on SO smoothly! This a GREAT QUALITY brand! I need more of these!!!!😩😩😍💋💄❤️

I absolutely LOVE Sugar Cosmetics Matte As Hell lip Crayons - I wish they were easier to find but it looks like they are being discontinued once the inventory is depleted, which is really unfortunate. I know that I've bought at least half a dozen. I was a little concerned about trying out such a dark lip color in Vianne Rocher but SHE is now in a close race with my fave color Miss Rosa! Love, love, love this product.

I absolutely love this lipstick! It stays on for hours without fading or cracking. I originally got one in an Ipsy bag and ordered here when it ran out. The order arrived quickly but without the promised sharpener. I reached out to the seller, who apologized and explained the sharpeners were on back order. They promised to send one ASAP. Not only did I receive the sharpener the next week, they also sent another lipstick with it which I thought was super considerate and kind! So the customer service here is absolutely FIVE STARS. The reason for the four star review is that the sharpener itself is garbage. It’s a Hard Candy sharpener and it mutilated my lipstick. Like, half of the lipstick is gone because it tore it up so badly. That’s really disappointing because I was hoping to get my money’s worth out of the product. I’m probably going to try and find a different sharpener that works better because this one just isn’t it.

Bought it for the name but love the color and wear. Claire Redfield is a gorgeous bright red with a neutral undertone that should look great on anyone. It reminds me of a less pink version of NARS Dragon Girl and a slightly less intense version of MAC Russian Red. The formula is super comfortable and light. It’s not hydrating after a few hours but doesn’t feel dry or look flaky like some matte lipsticks/pencils. Wear down is impressive as well, it fades and transfers slightly but leaves a stain behind so the inner parts of your lips still have color and don’t look gross if you can’t reapply. Very impressed with this lip crayon! And the included sharpener is wonderful. I have several sharpeners already but it’s always great to have another and it’s cool of the brand to include one in case customers don’t have one the crayon will fit in already.

Worst lip pencil/crayon/lipstick I have ever tried....Especially since it's fairly expensive. It runs and smudges about an inch over your lip line. The color is beautiful but NOT what is advertised. Super embarrassing with red all over your face.

Shade : 03 Poison Ivy The lipstick has a beautiful red wine shade with matte finish and is very smooth on lips(better than lakme crayons), and does not make your lips dry. It can be used without lip balm. The length of the lipstick is also good and is expected to last for about 2 months on regular usage. The only negative point that I see over lake crayons is that I could not find an option to purchase this product without the sharper. The lakme crayons have this feature which helps us save about approx 100 Rs.
