This is a much better meal kit than it appears, but a lot of sugar.
First things first. The target calories/day for kit is about 1400. That number is low for almost everyone. Generally, the consensus is to consume about 500 calories per day less than your normal intake. That allows you to lose a pound per week and keep doing that for a long time without getting worn out or giving up. 1400 calories is probably only good for a fairly petite woman that thinks walking to the mailbox is exercise. My point is that you will almost assuredly need to supplement this kit with other (minor) sources of food.On the other hand, if you just want to lose 2 pounds in a week in a “crash cleanse” this might be close to perfect. The food itself is actually very good for what it is. Nobody goes “Wow, I’d eat this even if it wasn’t diet food” but this is pretty close. It’s basically normal food, but just in smaller portions. Nothing in the package was bad, and they include two versions of “snacks (one is a daily protein packet) so while you are never full, you can be reasonably satisfied. I admit that the cheese puffs are not like the name brand” but I liked them, and they have a good protein ration for snacks. My only real negative is that there seems to be a lot of sugar. Simple carbs and sugar don’t do much other than get digested quickly and make you hungrier. I would rather have the calories focus more on protein and healthy fats, because they “stick with you” for longer. Also, for some reason, I was missing one of the “lunch” meals. It would be a good thing to inventory what you get when it shows up.Overall, it’s almost the best you can expect from something like this, with just a few drawbacks.

Not sure what the NUTRI stands for
This kit arrives in a pretty small box... because everything in it is pretty small! The food portions are very small and not satisfying. They are also low calorie, and many tend to be higher in protein- these are really the only positives. The lower calorie mainly comes from tiny portions, and not necessarily healthy or nutritious food (hence, not sure where NUTRI comes from in the name). The oatmeal, and snack bars all have a lot of added sugar, which is crazy to me!! And the bars taste clawingly sweet. The "dinner" packets of ravioli and meatballs (again, super small and mediocre ingredients) taste OK. We did combine all the packets of them and added a bunch of fresh veggies too, to make a meal with some substance. If you are wanting to lose weight fast, and need everything laid out for you (what to eat, food already portioned and prepared), then you may like this. The total caloric intake for the day will be very low, and the food is not the most healthy or satisfying so long term sustainability of this plan (both financially and food wise) I think would be unlikely.IMO, you could easily take $120, and buy a cart of healthy and fresh foods. With minimal cooking and portioning, you could make meals with more substance, more nutrition, healthy and that could be a sustained way of eating (and spending!). Whether we admit or not, most of us are overweight because we overeat, eat the wrong things and don't move enough. Start eating a little less of everything (ditch the fries at lunch, only eat half that dessert, etc.).... make a few healthy swaps (grilled over fried, low fat over full, etc.), and just start walking 10 minutes once or twice a day. I swear, you start simple, have a bit of patience, and it all becomes habit. Then you tweak a little more from there (more swaps, better portion control, more activity), and before you know, you are one healthy, thin and amazing feeling human being!!!

Very flavorful, arrived timely.
My purchase arrived timely, I like having one-week meals instead of having to get a full month's worth; it's not such a big expenditure all at once.

Decent meal kit, but requires adding vegies and milk
This kit comes with meals pre-apportioned so you don't have to figure out a diet plan, and are not tempted to eat more. Most of the meals are not bad. They have that prepackaged flavor, and a lot of them go heavy on spices (not necessarily hot, just flavored) to make it feel like you are eating more. The shakes, while very chocolatey have that vitamin/protein taste to them. I thought the bars were very tasty and the popcorn and cheese puffs tasted decent. The popcorn and cheese puffs tasted a little stale in my mind, but that is often the case with prepackaged food, and they are not my favorite snacks normally. The meatballs and noodle type meals were very tasty, and in my opinion tasted just right, but the serving sizes were small (makes sense when you are trying to lose weight). To do their diet plan, you need to download their app, the plan is on the app. So make certain you have a cellphone when planning this. The plan expects you to supplement with fresh veggies, I was hoping that it was a complete meal plan that I wouldn't have to go to the store at all for. It is not, besides the veggies, it requires milk for the shakes. Overall, I was pretty happy with it.

Nutrasystem 7 Day Ready to Go Package
Purchased a 7day package from Nurtasystem througn Amazon. It was to contain 7 each of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. My package was short a breakfast and a lunch. I called Nutrasystem and they said I should call Amazon. How do you call Amazon? I don't see access tp a customer service line anywhere.
