Onyx Coffee Lab Coffee Concentrate Liquid (12 Cups, Monarch), Medium Roast Ice Coffee Cold Brew Concentrate Coffee Extractions – Specialty Coffee with Notes of Chocolate, Plum & Walnut

To keep it simple, I didn't like it. Whilst I wouldn't consider it to be under extracted per-se, it is on the sour side which is bit bizarre for a dark roast (it says medium but Monarch is Onyx's darkest roast coffee). I felt like the beans are quality and had nuance but the way it's extracted is not great and I would've 100% just preferred to make my own espresso or honestly just made cold brew with the actual Monarch beans instead of this. It also had a weird chalky/powdery film to it I guess to keep it stable.
