What I love most about this Hair Flex Gel is that it strikes that hard-to-find balance between definition and softness — and it delivers on exactly what it promises.The first thing I noticed when using it was the texture. It’s not sticky or goopy like a lot of gels, and it spreads through the hair super easily. I apply it to damp, freshly washed hair, and rake it through with my fingers before scrunching. The results are immediate — my curls clump together beautifully, and they look so much more defined even before drying.Once dry, the curls are soft, bouncy, and absolutely no crunch. That alone is a huge win for me. So many gels claim to be “soft hold” but still leave that stiff cast that you have to scrunch out. It washes out easily and hasn’t irritated my scalp at all.All in all, this gel is a fantastic option for curlies looking for a soft, moisturizing, and defining product without the dreaded crunch. This stuff worked great and didn’t leave my hair crunchy. Worked in high humidity and so glad I found it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Haven’t decided if I love this yet. Sometimes my curls are gorgeous with it but I feel like the gel I used previously worked better. Refresh days seem to be amazing though, so the jury’s still out.

Absolutely love this product for my cult hair. Controlled my frizz and the over all look of my curls. Nice thick formula.

This stuff is cheap to buy and it’s just that. Cheap Cheap! It feels like when you use hair spray extra hold Aquanet. And then comb your hair. We all know that feeling. That dry icky not soft feeling. And I didn't even comb my hair after I applied the no flex gel. (Thats just what I'm saying to describe the feel of my hair) I just came out of shower used my curly leave in conditioner stuff. Then combed my hair, and after I combed my hair, I applied the no flex gel. (I can tell right away that I might not like it. Because of the smell and the way it dried on my hands. Kind of icky) Then I let my hair dry naturally. When my hair dried. I had the ugliest dole knotted up tangled hair. It really made my hair full of knots! It does so much damage to my hair when i did comb my hair the next day. Like i was in a fight and my hair was pulled. )We all know that feeling when trying to comb out our hair after being in a fight when your hair is pulled.) This stuff is a BIG waste of money!My quest to find affordable daily products to have soft curls that don’t make my hair knotted up, will continue.
