Great item for the price, does great threading on pipes. i used it on 1/2in pipes

Need to have tool. Easy to use, good functionality, tool build from cheap materials but should last for some time. Accurate treads. Price ok.

This is basically for a DIY person. Definitely not for daily use. Cutting wheel may last 3 or 4 cuts. Dies and handle too flimsy together. Dies did cut good. Good for small home projects. For a the price it is worth, no need to spend big $$$j. Overall satisfied.

Maybe some people got one that was of better quality but the one i received is garbage. It wasnt biting so i took a closer look. None of the dies were seated properly in their slots, couldnt be due to a gritty finish in their slots. This made the pipe not fit properly and just began peeling a layer off the outside, not threading. The threads actually busted into the interior of the pipe once i actually forced it with a bottle jack and a cheater bar. Whoever made this, measurement tools exist so you can provide accurate sizes. I suggest you invest in measurement devices.

Needed to cap a burst pipe in 2 ft tall crawl space was able to do it with this tool

Handle is not constructed well

Like only used it to retread a pipe that had fallen and messed up the starter thread. It works

Gets the job done not very well made but works for small projects
